A:  The drive-train, (motor, main bearing and drum), have a ten-year warranty. Electrical parts have a one-year warranty. Unlike wash machines from yesteryear which had 30 year service lives, this is probably good for ten years. I previously bought this model and the main bearing failed shortly after the 10 year warranty expired. We did 2 to 3 large loads every day for more than 10 years for a total of more than 10,000 loads.

A:  The dispenser drawer is for one load only. HE detergents are concentrated so you add very little but the drawer accommodates very large loads with non-concentrated detergents.

A:  Hi Sammy, we would recommend using the amount listed on the bottle for a singe use of detergent. The size of the dispenser does not mean it has to be fill it all the way to the top. However, we do have some Washers that have a load and go option. This mean you fill the dispenser all the way up, and it will take out one serving of the detergent until you have to refill it.
