A:  Click on settings on IPhone turn on Bluetooth turn on speaker and click on Milwaukee and it will be pared. Mine works well with IPhones and sounds great.

A:  Yes the speaker has volume control. However, I find it far simpler to use the speaker with it's volume at Max then control it from my phone as my phone is typically with me. That saves walking back to the speaker and trying to get the volume just right for the distance I'm working away from the speaker...

A:  Sir, it indeed has volume controls on the unit. Both my wife and I use this Bluetooth speaker (obviously not at the same time) and we prefer to keep the controls on the unit at maximum volume and control from our phones. Regardless of how we do it, you'll LOVE this! We have a pick up that we use exclusively for our horse trailers, it is an '07 and we use the speaker for Audible books when traveling beciause that year had no options for Bluetooth.
