A: The unloader valve has the opening for your plastic line with a keeper washer inside. I just cut the plastic line clean and inserted it in a was done.

A: This pressure switch is shipped with a 1/4" bleeder vlv which has push to connect fitting. It does not require a ferrule.

A: Yes! The switch has a single screw adjustment under the cover that allows you to adjust the shut off pressure, but the turn on pressure is preset at 30psi below the turn off pressure. So you would just need to adjust it!

Q:I run a Long Term Care Pharmacy and our upright 65 gallon compressor is used all day and 1/2 the night in packaging our medications. I really don't have the time to wait till one can be shipped next week or so. I can fix anything myself if I have the parts.

A: The four ports on the bottom of the switch are 1/4”-18 NPT, and the bleeder is 1/4” O.D. tube w push to fit connection.

Q:My new switch cuts off at 135 PSI OK but once it does so it starts to bleed compressed air from the black small plastic elbow in the bottom of the switch until l it reaches 105PSI then it clicks in again, so if i leave the compressor switch on ( wall switch ) it keep recycling like this way and i cannot get a steady pressure as well as waste of power and noise
please advise

Q:i need a pressure switch compatible to a Condor - 4 Port Side Wire Feed (MDR21-EA/11). 100/125 psi. i have seen the ones homedepot carry but i can't figure out which on i can use.campbell hausfeld has one #cw208700av. but can't wait a week for to arrive. here are pictures of the one the i need. thank you so much

A pressure switch that has similar specs is the 034-0150. This switch is a 4 port single phase switch that kicks in at 95 out at 125, has front wiring, a side bleeder vlv, see FLA & LRA ratings below.

240 24 80
