A:  STEP AWAY FROM THE COMPRESSOR! RISK OF FIRE/iNJURY/DEATH In all seriousness, if you are mot confident doing the wiring, you shouldn’t be doing it. There are risks and hazards associated with incorrectly instead wiring.

A:  I didn't have instructions that detailed. Take pictures mark your wires correspondingly, it's not that difficult. Oh yeah unplug it first or disconnect the power (DUH)

A:  The markings on this pressure switch are LINE (incoming power) and MOTOR, (interconnect cord from the motor to the switch). This switch does not have a positive or negative. Your incoming power attaches to the TOP connections marked LINE, the interconnect cord from the motor connects to the BOTTOM connections marked MOTOR. Thank you.

A:  This switch is adjustable. They sell different pressure rated switches, so they may have one that matches your pressures exactly right out of the box.

A:  As long as you equal or go below your max pressure then you should be okay. I also believe you can adjust the max pressure. similar to a water pump pressure switch.

A:  My compressor is a 2005 Husky, and uses a black plastic tube to release head pressure when it shuts off. Most of the time the plastic tube and copper tube are different dimensions. You may need to a different switch, or switch your copper tube to the plastic tube (and of course the fitting on the othe rend of the tube.

A:  All of our pressure switches include the bleeder vlv, it will not include the copper tube or any other components.

A:  Yes! The switch has a single screw adjustment under the cover that allows you to adjust the shut off pressure, but the turn on pressure is preset at 30psi below the turn off pressure. So you would just need to adjust it!
