Crappiest wood ever
I've bought 2x2's form HD in the past. What I saw today at the Everett, MA store should embarrass management. The website said there were> 200 pieces left. Probably more like 100. And they were all warped or chipped. Useless. I bought 2x4's and will rip them down. Not helpful.

Trusting Home Depot to select "fair to good" pieces to deliver to our house was a big mistake. Out of the dozens of boards brought toy my residence, on 6 boards were somewhat fair to use.

The secret to these sticks is to buy them in a mill bundle of 9 or 12. Could be my imagination, but once unbundled and sitting in the store for a while, they seem to whatp and now. Very hard to find unbundled straight ones. I don’t have that problem when I buy by the pack.
