Does not cut a clean notch.

First dado set I ever owned. Works great, wish I would have bought one years ago.

The blades cut fine. The chippers did not deliver a flat bottom in the dado. The metal washers were troublesome.

Not precise for finer cuts. I will be buying the Diablo set for precision cuts.

Using this on an older table saw has made life so much better for my small projects. Only complaint I have is the shavers tend to slide around between the outer blades a bit, the teeth get close to each other which bothers me from a safety standpoint. For the money it works great and I would recommend it!

Smooth and precise cuts.

It is the first time I used a Dado stack and it works excellent. The instructions were very clear and accurate and I always get a good cut.

Packaging was very good. Nice storage case and protective foam. As other reviews have stated, you don't get a clean button on your dado/rabbet cuts. For the price and starting into woodworking they will do what's needed. However, some clean up work will be required.

Different diameter blades leave bottom of dado uneven. Chip easily. Junk

Works great, widths are fairly accurate for the price it is a good value. Too bad HD doesn’t sell the inserts for Rigid to work with dado sets!

I read all the reviews and was a bit concerned about the 1 star comments but bought it anyway for a small job I had. In truth, this dado set far exceeded my expectations. The quality of the steel is good and the 7/16" groves that I cut were flat and square. Don't believe the negative comments, they either don't know how to set them up or have different issue.

I had this set a few years back and used it alot till I moved and had to shut down for a while. I just got another Table saw and just picked this up as a needed item So I would have it when I need it and wont have to run out an buy a set later. This set worked great for me before when I was cutting MDF and other hard woods Maple and oak. Great set and price.

Very good quality Dado blade. I use it to cut 1/4 dado's for drawers and also finger joints. The blade gives me a sharp edge with no break outs on the plywood. This was one of the best investments I made in my shop.

Best money I have spent in a while. Smooth cut and it has a nice wood box to store the blades in.

Makes a clean cut if set up properly. I have made two identical wall cabinets with dados for shelve placement and support. Have been pleased with the results. Next up flat panel doors!

Works perfectly

Even though I had read some poor reviews, I decided to take a chance. The other reviews are correct. there are several issues that need to be addressed by the manufacturer. First, the fact that the chippers are all slightly different lengths means you can never get a good flat bottom on the cuts. Second, the need to put a shim next to both outside blades is a real hassle. Even though the set seemed to cut well, spending time cleaning the bottom of the cut totally reduces their use.

Terrible cutting pattern. Leaves slight groves in the wood where it doesn’t completely cut flush.

The chipper blades did not fit the saw arbor. Product was returned to store.

I haven't tried all dato stacks. This one got me out of the weeds. I had to check that material was cleared. When it wasn't, I ran it through again.

This stacked dado saw set represents outstanding value for the occasional home woodworker. I use mine to make cuts for insetting shelves, tracks for sliding doors, and making rabbeting cuts for back sheets on cabinets. All cutting teeth are carbide tipped. I use mine in solid wood. Could be used for plywood or composite stock, but only when no other options such as routers are not available. Dry glue is hard on saw teeth. This set represents exceptional value for the hobbyist or occasional woodworker.
