Excellent coverage and quick drying.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried most of the Beth paints and Dynasty is my new favorite. It has excellent coverage and the drying time is fast. I have to do the painting myself so I try to pick the best paint possible. Behr Dynasty is perfect. I have painted the interior of my home ceiling's, trim and walls.

Finally! A paint that really is one-coat!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used Behr products many times over the years, always opting for their top line “one-coat coverage” paint. Each project ended up needing two coats until this last one. I used Dynasty matte interior paint inside our entire home and one-coat really did cover it. Only a few spots needed touching up where I missed because the wet paint was difficult to discern from the existing white. Once I corrected my technique I got one-coat coverage as advertised.

This paint is worth the extra $$. The contractor who did my bathroom used it 1st. I used it to paint a bedroom. I told my kitchen contractor to get it for my kitchen. He was resistant until he used it. He even commented on how well it covered.

I had to use three coats of paint to cover light brown that I painted over. If you have lots of time and wouldn’t mind a great work out and have extra money to spend, this paint is for you.

Yes, pure whites need more coats due to only white
pigments. Love the crisp white, HATE the quality of the paint. We wanted the whitest white to repaint ceiling+walls. HD recommended Dynasty matt. Bought paint for the whole house. Sample more flat than actual paint. 5gal, 5 coats! on 312sqft of white ceiling, not even close to 2000sqft nor the 2 coats stated. Drys streaky, uneven, bumpy, shows every blemish. Worst paint & finish ever. Stuck with this paint we`ll have to sand, buy a lot more of this overpriced paint & a sprayer. More than UPSET

That's not normal at all, and I can understand your frustration and disappointment. Our Dynasty Paint should cover in one coat when tinted to a one coat color and applied over a previously painted or primed surface. Even though the paint was not tinted, it should have not required five coats or more for an even finish and I'm concerned that you're dealing with this. Single coat application and great coverage for my roller or brush. Bought more than I needed because it went in so well. Can’t be unhappy about left over instead of short paint.
