NO, THE BOLT ASSEMBLY NEEDS TO BE REDESIGNED. iT LIFTS UP ON ONE SIDE. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I AM TELLING YOU THIS.

Serves it's purpose. The plastic bolts that hold the lid on were deformed and took a bit of effort to get installed.

Bought these seats for many years. Only problem is that the paint wears off earlier than expected.

Very easy to install but the best part is the ease of cleaning with this,.. we own a bed and breakfast and cleaning is very important and these make the job easy and if one breaks, it is a very easy swap out!!!

I searched everywhere in stores for this color seat but ended up having to order it. I wasn't sure it would match the toilet or even fit but it did. I am not sure why stores don't stock this color but they should, I wasn't the only one in the store looking for this color.

The purpose for purchase was removal for cleaning. The removal locks are too tight to permit removal.

It's has a cheap plastic feel to it when I sit down but I get the job done I guess.

I bought this to replace another new Bemis seat (which was squeaking). After using this one for only about 4 or 5 weeks, it is also squeaking. It is very frustrating. I am now back to Square One! I will need to get another seat to replace this one. I am apt to go to a different manufacturer.

I bought tree of them to replace my older ones, they fitted perfectly,easy to cleaned, and pretty simple to install, took about 15 minutes to install all of them. I like to buy from home Depot because I trust the store.

This was fairly easy to install however the little wing nuts that hold the toilet under the bowl were too wide and I had to cut them down with a bandsaw so they would twist. They kept hitting the side of the toilet and I couldn’t get them to tighten and there’s no way to tighten it from the top like there used to be when you could just use a screwdriver and screw the top while holding the bottom wing nut. New new easy clean toilet seat removal thing douse the allow you to see or get to the screw. I don’t know why they had to make an easy clean removable lid I keep my toilet very clean and I never remove the whole seat. The only reason I bought this one was it was the least expensive on in the color and style I could find. If the screws are tight enough nothing gets underneath that area anyway.
