Installation was a breeze. However it only works 1 out of 6 times. The other 5 I has to be unplugged and plugged back in. The only thing that works consistently is the seat warmer.

So far so good. Still learning all the features. Seems a bit noisy.

Pricey but so worth it! I had them installed in my 2 bathrooms and as soon as I can get an electrician to install outlets at my sons home, our family will be buying 2 more

Imagine living in black and white and knowing nothing different. After using this bidet, I see in color. I want to take risks, I want to explore, life, simply put, has more meaning. A terrifying moment for many, the thought, nay, confusion that comes with a bidet. Take it from me, take a leap of faith, you won’t regret it.

Great when it worked so I returned it for repair, and now the remote does not, and they are giving me the run-around. I had 2 bio units in the past, and I will waste not my money on them again.

Easy to install. Every function works as expected. My three old Bid Bidet USPA 6800 toilet seats all fell apart after 3 years when warranty has expired. Hope the new BB-2000 can last longer!

We made the choice a few years ago to purchase a bidet to save some money on toilet paper, wet wipes and moist toilet paper. We had also heard great things about bidets and how much cleaner and better they are. That was the best choice ever! We then decided recently that we wanted to upgrade and have the ability to have a bidet on both toilets that we have in our home. That was when we came across the Discovery DLS and decided to order it. Another amazing choice! We love all the new features that it has! The auto open shut feature is amazing, the adjustability is very helpful and the best part of all is the heated air dry! It has just been an amazing upgrade and asset to our family and I just can not imagine our lives without it!

We are new to Bidet's and have recently been introduced by friends who have a competitors Bidet. Really happy we went with this Bidet. We love that it has a 3 year warranty, is comfortable, has unlimited warm water, a dryer etc..More features than we will likely use on a regular basis. Only gripe is we wish the stream was larger so it didn't feel sharp. Is very precise and pinpointed. I have to turn down the force and put it on oscillate to soften the intensity. Otherwise love it and can't imagine going back to living without one!

Purchased and installed as gift for parents, friends, and myself. "Best gift you have ever given us" was my mom's comment. The only other thing was, "should have done it sooner."

My fiancé insisted we get it after he installed one for a client of his. It’s wonderful! The heated seat is amazing.

I've had bio-bidet toilet seats for years, and just upgraded to a BB-2000. Installation is easy - no need for an expensive plumber - and it works great. Extra features like the deodorizer and quick touch button on the side among others make this a good investment to my daily hygiene.

Love the Biobidet 2000. Only thing I don’t like is how it fastens to the toilet. Fastening to the toilet is a slide on connection. The part that attaches to the toilet itself slides, causing seat to move. There is no way to attach the seat and stop the seat from moving.

I want to love this product. I just received & installed it to find out that the “women’s part” button did not come even close to my women’s part. Even after pressing the motion button and trying to move the nozzle up.. no go. .Myself & other female family members feel kinda ripped off :( I want to believe I haven’t figured it out yet, but we have read all the instructions and feel defeated. Maybe it’s a lemon? Not sure, so much money for unsatisfaction.

I've been using this seat for about a month and find it a pleasure to use.I love the fact that the water is always warm and adjustable to my personal preference.A warm seat to sit down on especially in the Winter time is a pleasure. The only thing that I can say that is slightly negative is that the remote is not lit up to see at night.

I received this as a Christmas present and I love it. I enjoy the heated seat during tge winter months. The nozzles worked great and the water is the right temperature.

Very good! Easy to install just like the other one. Remote control is a big plus. For my daughter’s bathroom.

Jack surprised me with this for Christmas and Oh My Goodness! The installation was so very easy and so much fun to try out ALLof the features. I got the giggles on a couple of them. Lol. This has changed my bathroom life. Thank you, thank you, thank you for this wonderful product.

This unit has the most powerful wash of any unit. If you are bigger then you can use the other wash fiction to get you cleaner. I have tried other units this one really works amazingly. I would like to see this level of power on some of their newer units but unfortunately they have not done that. So I hope this unit is never discontinued.

I recently purchased my 3rd BB-2000 and have installed in all but the guest bathrooms at my home. My family absolutely love the features and functionality of it. You can be confident you're getting the cleanest possible experience as it has many adjustments and enough water pressure to operate. The heated seat and dryer make it more comfortable in all seasons. We love the remote control which is mounted nicely on the wall. Installation is a breeze though I recommend reading the instructions to ensure safety of both the user and equipment. This is an excellent product and believe it is one of the best seats on the market today. If you are looking to improve your hygiene don't hesitate to pick one up today.

My husband got this for me for Christmas. He installed the electrical and installed the seat. I LOVE this bidet. It's easy to use, and the warm seat is a luxury during these cold days. I have used all of the different settings and can only say this is a great product.

I knew what Bidets were and was surprised when my daughter told me she bought one. She talked about it so positively I finally decided to do my research. After that it was as simple as finding the one I wanted. I ordered the BB-2000 and I'm so thrilled with it. I can't believe how much cleaner I feel and I didn't even realize what that actually felt like! On YouTube I have heard people say they miss their Bidets when they go on vacation and even just one night stays away from their home Bidet! Now I know exactly why they say that - IT'S TRUE! Once you get used to that feeling of being truly clean - ALL THE TIME - you don't want to go backwards. Thank you Bio-Bidet for making such a quality product.

Needless to say, I absolutely love this toilet seat. My plumber said it was super easy to install. I know it was super easy to figure out the remote control. I love the heated seat and the warm warm cleansing features. My little grandson said that he loved the warm seat on his bum. I only wish I'd upgraded to the auto open one, but wasn't thinking about that at the time I ordered. I'm sure I'll get another for the guest bath and I'll try it then. We recently put a full bidet toilet in a client's home and I like this one better.

Bought this after our son bought one to try it after he could not get it installed on his Elijer Patroit toilet.

I bought this bidet three weeks ago, And I can't stop telling people how great this is. the heated seat, the heated water, the different spray settings, the warm air dryer, or just hit the auto button. I am so happy to not use tolet paper any more. The feeling of cleanliness is refreshing. and it was easy to install.

This bidet is the best we've had yet. The remote makes it easier for the small area we have.
