[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because I can’t vent my dryer to the outside, I need a condenser dryer. I have owned 2 other condenser dryers over the years, but the Bosch has proven to be the best so far. Unlike some reviews I have seen, this dryer is very fast and is also very quiet.

So far so good, no complaints.

Don't believe that it is compact but capable if washing 18 towels. Couldn't pack more than 7 towels and not sure they agitated enough to get clean. Wash and dry times crazy slow as well. These units hold half as much yet take twice as long per load. Dryer made room a sauna.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is a great dry. it installed easliy and we didn't have to vent it thourgh a wall or out a window. We stacked both the dryer and washer giving us more room in are laundry area.

The dryer will not dry more than 15 minutes on the Cotton and the Towel settings. Already had one technician out, it worked for one drying setting, then quit again. For the expense of this appliance, I expected the best possible. Unfortunately this product does not live up to the Bosch product line.

Works as advertised. Very quiet, drys well once you learn how to use it.

I really like having a ventless dryer. We had a dryer fire in a vented dryer, and I will always want to be able to clean out all the lint and this makes it easy. I am gradually getting used to the settings and length of drying, it is a challenge with a ventless dryer but in the end well worth it.

I take off 1 star for confusing user instruction manuals. The washer and dryer themselves work well and look pretty. 5 stars for those aspects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is great dryer for my small condo which doesn't have any outside exhaust. I like my 800 series of washer and dryer very much. BUT the inside of dryer door around the edges are sharp and rough and I didn't know it . When I touched the door around 2 months ago a splinter went to my skin and I am suffering from it since then. For a high quality product like this set they should do better job before they send the item to their customers or to the market ( failed inspection). I am disappointed about it and after seeing my Dr. and she tried to remove the splinter , it is still in there and I have to see a surgeon to do XRay and remove it ( hopefully without complication). This problem caused serious problem for me up to now and I hope to have happy ending and not damage my nerve:( Please fix this for future customers.

It takes over 3 hours to dry towels.

The dryer takes multiple cycles to dry clothes. Expect 2-2 1/2 times as long to dry a medium load than what you are accustomed to with a vented dryer. I am a Bosch fan and have had their dishwashers for years. However, is a very bad product. Because of my experience with this product, I will no longer be purchasing Bosch appliances.

We had to replace a stack unit in a very limited space and upstairs in are condo. The size of the unit, combined with the matching washer fit great and the performance is incredible. I would'nt describe a new washer and dryer as a present, but my wife is thrilled, and I live by the motto, Happy Wife,Happy Life !!!

Top quality. Fit perfectly going down my narrow 1940 stairs. Many drying options. Only minor complaint: sensor stops dryer while clothes are still damp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For everyone who has mentioned how long it takes to dry, yes it does take some time to get used to but its gentler on your clothes and super quiet and compact. The only thing I have noticed is that the walls get VERY hot to the touch--is this normal? Has anyone else noticed it?

Never properly dried my clothes. At 2 years the pump had to be replaced. The repairman said these Bosch dryers have pumps go out so often it keeps him real busy. 6 months later the dryer stopped drying altogether. Never again will I buy a Bosch!

Takes forever to wash and dry any load of laundry.. clothes are still wet after 2 plus hours of drying!!Very Ecpensive ... a big rip off .. stay away!!!

Operated smoothly but it stopped before the clothes were fully dry so we will need to figure that out. I think we bought a floor model as the dryer door sags a bit off the hinge. I hope we can adjust it. Otherwise seems very solid.

It looks great and it's great for an apartment but just be aware that it's a LOT slower than a conventional vented dryer. Loads that used to take 45 minutes to fully dry now take closer to 90 minutes.

I switched from an all-in-one washer/dryer to this Bosch 800 washer and dryer. The difference is amazing. The all-in-one took forever to dry and had no lint trap which meant the lint collected around the door. No fun to clean. The Bosch 800 is fast, quiet, and fits perfectly in the small laundry room in our condo. And it has a lint trap that is very efficient and easy to clean. Be aware that this dryer comes equipped with a four-prong plug that will not work in many older homes that have three-prong outlets. The Home Depot delivery team installed a three-prong plug and all works perfectly now. Highly recommend this dryer and its matching washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the 800 series dryer when we replaced our 12 year old Axis+ washer and dryer. We think the 800 series dryer is much better than our old one. Our only complaint is the amount of heat dumped into our house by the dryer on hot days (we do not have air conditioning)
