[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful looking range but the real beauty lies in all the wonderful features and the finished dishes from the stovetop to the oven. It cooks evenly And heats up quickly . We had another brand gas range and were displeased with the performance but the Bosch is not only better but the absolute best we could imagine ! Bosch is our brand !

The bottom warming drawer came defective (crooked/not aligned with rest of range) and there's no way to replace it or fix it. So dealing with that on a new range isn't the best experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely in love with our new oven. The heat distribution and accurate temperature is perfect for baking. The burners are far superior to our old stovetop. They provide a better more consistent heat. The grates are designed for optimum cooking.

I purchased this oven in 2020. So far I've had to replace the front panel, the circuit board 3 times and 3 ignitors. Bosch customer service is non-existent. Good luck scheduling a service. If you can actually get through on the phone, it will be several weeks to send out a tech. You have to use the "certified" techs or else the repairs wont be covered. So far I've spent well over $1000 in parts to keep this thing working. The one single positive is that it looks nice

Shipping was on time. Island installation required modification to granite rough opening. Good quality appliance. Dislike knobs loose feel and do not illuminate or have indexed position. Index was resolved with a red paint pen. Easy to clean and preheats quickly for the past month. Time will tell if we made a good choice switching to Bosh products. Overall satisfied with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice large cook stove area. The stove is efficient and fast. The broiler heats up and cooks fast, so dont look away or it might burn. The convection bakes beautifully. I have nothing to say but positive comments. So happy with our purchase.

I love the quality and sturdiness of the knobs, the layout of the burners, and the range of heat produced. The fifth round burner is a game changer! Cleaning the stove top has been remarkably easy. I have already put the warming drawer to good use. Such a nice accessory. The side flanges that rest on the countertop are a bonus! Overall, I am very happy with this stove. I feel a little more like a professional chef when cooking with this quality appliance. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With Bosch you know exactly what you pay for. The design is clean and elegant. You can both TASTE and SEE the difference in the food you prepare. My homemade kale chips used to come out brown out of the old oven. With this one it stays green!The convection roast is amazing. The veggies are always crispy and golden brown. The broiled fish is juicy and flavorful. The warming drawer keeps the food warm without overcooking it. The oven timer shuts off the appliance when time is done, so you can not burn you food if you fall asleep :) There is a separate kitchen timer which is also handy. This appliance is truly a must for the cooking enthusiast.

However I wasn't aware how easily the finish would scratch and how noticeable it would be ;( it cooks beautifully but we've only had it for a week and there are several wear marks with bright shiny stainless showing through the black. Disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my GE gas range with the Bosch 800 slide in gas range. The Bosch gas range is a beautiful solid range. My wife loves the warming drawer and the ease of use when cooking. We also wanted a slide in range that the cook top over lapped on the counter top. The over lap of the cook top prevents food from falling between the range and counter top. Our only suggestion to Bosch is to place the oven light more central in the oven. We also have a Bosch dish washer and our next purchase will be a Bosch refrigerator. Thank you Bosch for outstanding products.

We did a complete kitchen remodel in 2019. We purchased what we thought was a high-end appliance. Within six months the motherboard went out and two different repairman had to come fix it. Now in 2023 the oven doesn’t work and we had an estimate for $1000. we have no oven because it’s too expensive to fix it. I wish we would have gone with the Samsung when we were trying to choose between the two.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bosch gas range is a great product. The burner selection fits well with our cooking needs and the black stainless finish is easy cleanup and smudgeproof.

Beautifully designed stove that looks very elegant in the kitchen. Burners work wonderfully. Very happy with it.

I took delivery of this range which came with a defect - the warming drawer that wouldn't close. (An almost $3000 purchase!). I arranged for a service call about a week later. The service rep stated he needed to order a part before he could complete the repair. After more than a month, there has been no word on the status of this repair. I've been attempting to inquire on this with Bosch, but their "Bosch Customer Support" is a sad joke. I called their Customer Support number but, after several unsuccessful attempts to get through (once waiting for 44 minutes!) I concluded this number is probably unmanned. I tried to reschedule a service call on their website to install this part, but there were no dates even listed as available on to schedule a service date. Beware of Bosch products. Customer support is largely non-existent. The high level of respect I once held for the Bosch name is now gone.

I have had problem after problem with this stove over the last 3 years. Customer service is practically nonexistent. This has caused me to order parts and replace them myself from a third party. I have replaced lower oven igniter, upper oven igniter, high btu burner igniter, front display control module and the main control module. All at significant cost. At least I didn’t have to pay labor. One more failure and it goes to the dump. Right now it is in pieces in my kitchen waiting on parts.
