we had this product installed in our home before we owned it. It was about ten years old and the vent fan stopped working. We unplugged the electrical connection, removed the old unit and replaced that portion of the new unit. It was great that they designed it so well that such a changeout was simple. We have been happy with the product and found that it meets our needs much better than a cheaper product we have in another bathroom - I would happily recommend this product to anyone.

Wanted chrome edge like old one....had to settle. Otherwise works great

Installation went smoothly and swiftly since the uniit was a replacement for an initial unit. The only surprise (and a most enjoyable one) was the inclusion of new wall switches in the package. Quick installation of these units and our bathroom was immediately up-to-date.

Only had it installed a week ago. So far I obsoletely love it. Heats the bathroom up nicely. Takes care of any moisture on the mirrors and window.

The NuTone 70 CFM exhaust fan fit perfectly in the preexisting hole of the last fan. The exhaust fan is quiet and moves the air well. The light is the right intensity and the heater warms up the bathroom quickly which will be really appreciated this coming winter.

Worked out well with replacing an old Broan Nu tone fixture that was there.

The guts fit right into the old one we have had for 20 years. Plug and play. Use the new update wall switch to replace the old ones.

Have used this product every day with no disappointments. It even heats while the fan is on, don't know how and wish I had bought this a long time ago! Our Minnesota winters are cold and dry and this product sure makes the bathroom less humid and toasty warm. Keep up the great products!

It was difficult to install, but it's in now.

The fan and light works very well. This was a replacement for an old fan. This ventilates much better and the night light feature is very handy. Would recommend highly.

I used these fans at my previous house & loved them

It is a little louder than I expected. It comes equipped with light, exhaust fan, heater and nightlight and switches to allow all four to be run independently. If you wish to utilize independent operation of each component, bee sure your wiring will support.

Replaced same model of 20 years it got loud and the heat stopped working. The new one is a breath of air. Quiet and more efficient just like I remembered.
