Easy to repair works great fast delivery ?

Direct replacement for original. Fan slightly different but functionally same. Saved a difficult replacement to wholesale replace. We have three more that will need replacement in next year or two. Roughly a 15 minute job including getting tools and stepladder.

Works great. We replaced our 1985 motor and impeller bathroom exhaust fan with this Broan-NuTone. It was easy to install. The old screws did not fit this model but found ones at hardware store that fit and it now runs fairly quiet. Would recommend.
