The planks will make it through one use. They are very thin and unlike others that I have used.

Very expensive for a one-time use.

Burn on firts use .... i put on water 24 hour before use and still burn it

FIsh tasted great! Will definitely use this again next time we grill fish (small complaint: been able to get only 2 uses out of it)

There is no better way to barbecue fish than plank cooking. I love this product. It has good instructions. I would like it to be larger for salmon or steelhead, otherwise you wouldn't be disappointed with the flavor of your fish.

I used it for grilling large pieces of salmon on a charcoal grill. It was phenomenal. I would buy it again in larger package sizes so I had more for future use.

This is second purchase first time I thought I soaked it the recommended 1 hour in water but it caught on fire while cooking my salmon. So the second time I soaked for hour and a half and the ends caught on fire again. It says you can reuse over and over but not my luck.

Pricey but can be used multiple times.Smoked salmon fillets for the first time w/ these planks and they came out perfect! Very flavorful!

The Cedar Wood Grilling Plank was an excellent addition to my BBQ, particularly with Salmon. The taste was spectacular and not overwhelming.

Good but small.

It held up to the grill after a long soaking but the board is very thin and did not provide a lot of flavor.

Receipt came out great, but plank could be a little thicker. Probably won’t last a second use.

They worked well.

First time using it grilling fish is difficult because it breaks apart. But with this product Soaked in burbon and brown sugar made a very juicy salmon with a smoky bourbon taste! I want to try other fish and see if I get same good results.

The plank broke in half less than a week of me purchasing it.

It does what it is designed to do and you can sure taste the difference, wish it was at least 50% bigger to fit more at the time or bigger pieces.
