Easy to install, makes ice quick and stores about 39 lbs...Keeps ice cold even in an outside garage environment

the ice machine working good, the only problem is with the water level float sticks shut. may have to change the water filter to one that filters better ??

This product has not functioned since the day it was purchased. It makes a lot of ice and then it all melts and turns into a stainless water cooler. I have tried everything. I have emptied the water several times and tried again but the same thing happens.

Easy to install works great so far

I installwd this machine ans from the start it looked and went through the whole process to make ice but never would. Kept giving me E2 error. Tried to contact the company but can only email them. They will only ask for a video and then say waiting to hear back from warehouse. They only email at midnight and it takes day for them to reply and its hard to understand what they are saying in the email. Ill be returning this back to home depot.

stops making ice all the time may work for a couple hours then not again for days even after running a cleaning mode.

It is small enough to fit where I want it but large enough to hold 33 pounds of ice In the hopper. I am well pleased with this ice maker.

It was missing the part that holds the inline water line in place. It's been 4 weeks since I ordered it and UPS has no update on when it will be delivered. I assuming it is coming from China and is lost in transit. I am returning the ice maker to Home Depot tomorrow for a full refund. Costway customer service is awful! They offered me a $25 gift card if I would wait on the part to arrive. I've lost most of the summer waiting on a part that may never show up and still no ice!

Quick delivery and currently working Only makes 33 lbs of ice at a time so the description of a 110 lbs is not correct

On time Delievery, no problems what so ever. We use it every day and it makes enough ice for 10 people + or - a few. I wish it held more ice but it does the job. I would recommend this ice machine to anyone. Well worth the money.

Serves it purpose, however wasn't thrilled with being deceived by the look of the pictures and the fact it says 110 lb ice maker. Now after 3 or 4 months we are receiving error code E4 which is the system protection of no refrigerate in cooling system or the compressor not working.

Very disappointed in size of this maker. If I would have known the size, I wouldn’t have bought it! Pic looks like it’s a big floor unit. For the price way to small.....Not happy at all! And it says 110 pound capacity which leads you to believe that it’s a larger unit no it holds 33 pounds of ice and that’s it.

SO FAR SO GOOD WORKING AND MAKING ICE JUST FINE.

It produces ice so quickly that I do not keep it on. I just turn it on 30 minutes prior to needing ice. If I need 33 pounds it's capacity I will turn it on 8 hours before hand and it is full. Great for the cost.

I replaced my old ice maker at the pool with the Costway. Once I enlarged the opening, it installed easy. Before we would run out of ice half way through the day. Now we have not even come close to running out of ice. Problem solved!

Item is a good size ice maker, and makes ice fast - Pros: - Fit where our old one was - Easy to install - Makes ice fast Cons: - Drain tubing is very cheap, had a plumber connect a proper drain - Default ice setting makes sheets of cubes that are extremely hard to break up - Ice setting where cube sheets break easily results in very thin cubes that melt quickly - After 2 to 3 weeks of use it's throwing an E4 error and turns off about every 3 days If the E4 error issue gets resolved and I can get the ice to break up nicely without it being too thin I would change my rating to a 4. I submitted a case with Costway today 6/16/20.

I bought this unit at the end of Feb 2020. In May it began showing error codes. I looked up contact info for service and sent an email. 3 weeks later I got a reply asking me to send in a video of what it was doing. As of now, no reply from that. I called Home Depot to see if there was a recommended location for service and was told I needed to contact the manufacturer. So right now I have a non-working ice machine and no idea where to get it fixed. Local appliance repair people tell me they won't work on it.

This thing only lasted a month and the company won’t even answer phone calls or emails

I use it to fill up my coolers for boating. It saves me time and money from buy it at the store.

Not working unable to get it resolved by emails still no reply regarding replacement will be taking it back to Home Depot
