I was excited to purchase this faucet after checking out dozens of other faucets on the Home Depot website. The faucet arrived as scheduled in its own box. After I had hired a handy man to install my faucet, I learned from him that this faucet didn't come with a cover plate for the existing holes on the deck. Imagine my surprise! Why in the world would this plate be left out? Now my faucet and sink will look awful with two little holes in it and I face additional time and expense to correct the problem.

We bought this faucet and have used it for several weeks. It replaced a newer faucet that had terrible water pressure. This faucet has great water pressure and cleans things well. It is easy to clean because it has an anti-fingerprint finish. We love this faucet and would highly recommend it.

It worked out very nice and looks good.

Overall, simple installation. Not a fan of the all poly water lines. Would have liked a way to prevent the head from spinning 360 deg. Anything outside of 270 deg puts water directly on the counter and not in the sink. Sure has a lot of plastic parts.

I have usd this faucet for 6 months and it’s great. Nice to turn on or off the water when my hands are full or dirty. I wish all the faucets in my house were like this!

I love everything about this faucet!!!!! I would buy this again! I like the magna tite docking and it really does have spotshield because it looks just like it did when it was installed.

The ability to just touch the faucet to make it come on or go off is great, but the temperature light indicator has only worked sporadically, the battery box keeps popping open and water is dripping outside of the main stream of water. The faucet was professionally installed. Have used about 1 month

battery enclosure will not stay closed and batteries fall out often. had it for 3 months and the solenoid has quit working

Being in the plumbing industry for over 15 years, It is a great faucet easy to install and maintain. The customer service from delta has always been great getting parts out to me and local representation in the LA area. For those who do buy a touch faucet and have a metal sink, ( stainless, cast iron, ect.) you must make sure that the shank does not touch any part of the sink insulate with something if you cant install with out it touching the metal. Otherwise the touch feature will short and will not work. I have one and installed one in my mothers house who's has a hard time with arthritis and work great. On hers i had to insulate the shank it kept touching the sink.

My son encouraged me to buy this model. It is nice since I often have messy hands and the touch feature lets me turn on the faucet with little effort.
