I'm giving this a one star review even though the slide quality is nice. Here's why....Like the others have reported, the mounting hardware, mainly the rear socket for face frame mounting is so poorly engineered that the drawer will collide with it. All other manufacturers, use a rear mounting bracket that mounts or clips to only the outside portion of the slide, allowing the drawer to pass by. This is especially critical if there is little room behind the drawer to the back of the cabinet. When I called the manufacturer, they told me they never heard of this.....I pointed them to the frustrated users complaining on the internet. They said "we'll pass it on to engineering." I noticed other users have reported this issue to them over a year ago. I think engineering has never installed one! The cure for me was to buy a different brand rear mount. I found bracket model 757 from Rockler to fit perfectly, made of metal and easy to install. The time, returns, frustration etc to get this right for a simple kitchen remodel is frustrating to say the least. I don't blame Home Depot, but the manufacturer (Liberty) needs to step up and fix this issue. I attached a photo to demonstrate the problem. The arrow shows where the drawer will hit.

Love the 22 in. Soft-Close Ball Bearing Full Extension Drawer Slide. I don't have to stand on my head to get things out of my bottom cupboards. I have had it two days. Next step, Will get baskets to organize items on shelf .

These are good drawer slides, slide very smooth, soft close works well, and contains good instructions detailing the size requirements for the gaps between then drawer and the cabinet body. I used these on a custom maple receptionist desk. Despite the drawers being heavy these worked well. It was finicky to get them adjusted so that sliding was smooth with no binding, but I think that is the case with most drawer slides like these. Not all of the drawers were 18", some were deeper, but these slides still worked well and allow full access due the "full extension." The black tabs allow for easy removal of the drawer, separating the part mounted inside the cabinet. I plan to use these on future projects where the client requests soft close.

I built a new desk with a keyboard slide-out. These slides are perfect and hold up forever!

Installed these 22" slides and the soft close feature works well. However, the drawer is rather hard to pull open due to the spring resistance inherent in the slide design. As an experiment, I removed the soft close module on one side only and then replaced the drawer in the slides. There is a 80% reduction in the force required to open the drawer and the drawer still soft closes fine. A success for me.

I knew before purchasing this product that there was a chance that it would suffer from the same problem that some soft close glides have - hard to open. You have a choice either a drawer that does indeed soft close but is hard to pull open or a traditional glide that opens and closes easily but does not automatically close fully. You can't have both with this glide. Blum under mount glides apparently do not have this issue but for me would be a difficult install. The good news is that for me the Everbilt was an easy replacement for the existing glides and rear bracket.

Quality slide that worked on a rather heavy drawer. As a first time slide installer I would have appreciated to know you had to "unlock" the slide the first time. But YouTube saved me !

Easy to install, smooth operating

I bought these drawer sliders thinking that I could fix my flatware drawer because the original was damaged from years of use and the roller wheel was not replaceable. These drawer slides are specifically made for cabinets with side walls that are flush with the drawer opening(particle board cabinets, not good ones). My cabinets are constructed differently, with a setback for the side walls of the cabinet. This made my quick fix a lot more difficult. I had to install a 1x2 cleat on which I mounted the slide, along with 3 washers used as spacers to keep it square. This is the only style my Home Depot carries, so I couldn't exchange it for the proper slide. Make sure of what type of cabinet you have before you buy these, or your 1-hour repair could turn into an all day affair like mine did. The drawer slide work wonderfully, now that I have them installed, but as I said, the project took a lot longer than anticipated because of the style of cabinets not being the type that the slides were built for.

These slides are holding a heavy drawer and so far doing well. Easy and works as one would expect.

binds way too easily

The slide drawer set worked perfectly to replace the worn out old one. It seems to be very durable but time will tell.Installation was not very difficult.

This was used in our catamaran to replace the impotent slides for the under sink refuse slide drawer it also has cleaning supplies behind so there's a few pounds and it is used numerous times a day so hopefully it will last the original. The soft closing feature is wonderful

Was my first time building a frameless cabinet and installing drawer sliders. YouTube definitely helped with the install too. Works very well!

I made the cabinets and I was painting them, so I pulled out the drawer. and the ball bearing fell out. I’m not happy with the soft close. Might try the other type close.
