Binds
The slide binds on the soft close mechanism about half the time, under the drawers own weight with nothing in it. When sliding out it'll "SNAP" as the mechanism binds and then slam and snap as the drawer is pushed in. Only works correctly about half the time.
Not happy with this product. Mounted them in a cabinet just to rip them out.

Just purchased & installed by the package directions. The soft close feature doesn't work in the least. Very disappointing

Easy to install
The old cabinet slider was not keeping the door close. I guess since it’s the trash cabinet it take a lot of beating. I upgraded with the soft closing. It feels hard to open, however it’s brand new it might need a little bit of time for the parts not to be so rigid. Anyway it closes as expected. Now I feel like replacing them all.. 😂

We have used these slides quite a bit but their quality is average or below average. The soft close mechanism routinely stops working. Will not be using them these in future

Upon installation, the soft clothes feature does not seem to be in effect.
I would have taken them back, but it would require a total removal and second install, so I did not.

These slides are wonderful and exceeded my expectations. They are rather heavy since they are stainless steel and the soft close makes closing the drawer much easier - almost enjoyable.
