I installed the Motion Sensor faucet about a week ago. I love the multi functional sprayer. My wife cooks and bakes frequently and loves the motion sensor to rinces and wash her hands quickly.

Excellent water power and firm grip. The handle needs to be kept in on position and waive your hand so the sensor works. It needs AA batteries. Use R&R Plumbing for your plumbing needs, you won't be disappointed.

4 years ago we got one of these for a second sink in the kitchen. I thought it was a gimmick, but it has turned into one of those things you never knew you needed, until you had it. I often swipe my greasy hands in front of the sensor without gunking up the handle. A recent power outage in an ice storm saw temps inside the house drop to 27 deg. Virtually every system with a water valve broke. I replaced both kitchen faucets with flow motion activated units. It cost the same as regular units, so we were able to save the insurance company some money. I had no issues installing the system myself as the locking ring mechanism makes it easy to work in confined spaces.

The is a great kitchen faucet at an affordable price. The instructions were easy to follow and Installation was easy. So far I'm very impressed with it's functionality.

After less than 4 years of use, a cheap plastic connection under the sink, where water connects to the control box, detached without warning, flooded the kitchen. Luckily, we were home and only flooded the kitchen.

I ordered this on 12/8/20, and finally installed it on 3/8/23. It took me that long, because there was a lot involved. I had to remove the sink to clean up the mold where the under-mount sink meets the granite countertop. The actual faucet install was easy. I just have so much going on under the sink. I installed this alongside an Insinkerator hot water dispenser, a Watts Premier reverse osmosis faucet and an Ultimate Kitchens foaming soap dispenser. Most importantly, my wife loves it!

I’m sure the Faucet probably works fine. But the specs when ordering show 2 different heights. I ordered based on first number. But returned because 2nd number was the right one!! Waist of my time… and

So glad I got this faucet. A friend installed it and he said it was an "easy one". Love the features. A big plus as that it was on sale. It's so easy to get used to a touch less faucet that I'm spoiled! Home Depot delivery was fast.

Such a nice upgrade. The instructions are easy and doesn't take long to install. I had to call customer service about the flow of the water. They were so helpful, sent out a new part. Everything has been working fine since. Everyone loves the motion on/off. The finish is gorgeous and feels top notch.

I really like it! With I’m cooking, i can keep my hands from touching the handle And just motion it to turn on. I have very little plumbing experience and I’m a small woman so it was a challenge removing the old fixture but installing this was EASY. I also didnt drill the battery pack into the wall. I used heavy duty command strips. Which later, made it easy for my husband to remove.

Great product works great. This the second one we have purchased. Wife asked for it in our new home. I was able to quickly install in less than hour and the faucet works great!

This faucet is awesome. Bought one for a flip I did and liked it so much I bought one for home and also a kitchen renovation I am doing. My son and daughter in law like it so much they are getting one for their house.

Extremely pleased with the Flow motion sensor, pull down kitchen faucet. Installation was easier than expected. Although my son did it not me very pleased with how it looks how it works. Hopefully I have good luck in the future.

Love the faucet but.....

This is the best faucet! I love it and I brought the soap dispenser. It took no time to install. So easy for all. Can be a bit sensitive so I’m getting used to it.

I purchased this Faucet, received & installed. However, the Faucet head cannot be completely closed with the pipe of Faucet. Just look at my pictures and you'll understand. One thing surprised, I called Home Depot about the defective Faucet Head, the customer service told me that they can't help me, there's nothing they can do.

I installed this faucet in my kitchen today. I’m 65 and never do this kind of thing, but I had no difficulty installing it. It didn’t take long at all. I’m impressed with it and I would recommend it if you’re looking for a new kitchen faucet.

To start I had an ugly weird double sink that i wanted to replace and although my faucet was quite nice I decided while I was treating everything out I would try a touch free faucet for fun. You know how you don't realize you need something until you have it? This is one of those things. Didn't realize exactly how much we would like it. It's amazing. Smooth functional and good looking faucet that's easy to install. I really like how it functions in different ways. If it was a crappy faucet I would probably never put another touch less faucet in but since this one is awesome I'll always put one in anywhere I live. Picture is right after I installed the sink and faucet so you can see how it looks so forgive the clutter as i want staging for the photo op.

Wow !! I was shocked opening the box at the weight.. it’s high quality, not cheat made. Great buy! This company will take over !!

I have to say, I love my new faucet. 1) The installation was really easy. Other faucets I've done had been more time consuming, but not this. Everything was easy to do. 2) No more touching the handle. One of my pet peeves is touching the handle with raw chicken hands or stuff all over them. The touch sensor eliminates the need to touching it. 3) Looks. When you go into someone's home and you see a kitchen faucet like this, you tend to think how it would look in yours. Well, now that I have one, it looks really good in mine. Overall, I'm really happy and please with my purchase.

I have had this installed for a few days now and I wasn't sure I would use the motion sensor but I LOVE IT!!! Definitely keeps granite countertop dryer due to not having to turn off with wet hands. Make sure you follow instructions and mount control box where indicated due to hose length. I definitely recommend this faucet!!

This is a good faucet with a drawback. Motion sensor should be located at the side opposithe the H/C handle. Being in the center, if a plate or pot you are washing the faucet shuts off.

I really didn’t “need” a new faucet but the sale price pulled me in. Super easy to install, looks nice and love the motion sensor. When my hands are dirty I don’t need to dirty my faucet! 10/10 recommend.

We got this as a second choice because our first choice was much higher than space we had. The motion sensor is underrated. This unit is perfect for water conservation.

The water was coming out in a messy spray instead of the steady stream. After initially being disappointed in our purchase for several days, we contacted the company and they sent us a new aerator immediately. Problem solved and we are very happy with it now. Other than a slight inconvenience we’d recommend it especially for the “one day special sale price” I purchased it at.

I love love this faucet! The motion sensor is awesome especially when doing multiple things at a time. It moves easy side by side is a plus! Easy install as well! I’m a such a happy customer! Thank you for making my life easier!

When I bought this, it showed IR sensor and pull down would turn the faucet on/off. The manual even has troubleshooting steps for this. Called customer service and was told this is not a feature and the manual/listing will be updated. For any searching for faucet pull down features on their new faucets, it won't have it. Worthwhile upgrade to touchless on/off. Family was over for the 4th and kept turning off the handle, so you'll have to train people who have never used one.
