I like the simple design, the way it fits in my hand and the ease of use. The lock mechanism is very easy to use, my last primer had one that I was never able to work.

I love the snippers. It is well made and very sharp. Perfect for around the garden and small tree branches that need trimming.

They do the job, but they are too big for my small hands. I can't seem to get the leverage I need to do a good job pruning trees and bushes in my yard. Need a smaller pair.

Shears are misaligned after one day and will longer close full or lock.

Its much sharper and easier to handle than expected. The cuts feel smooth, and I was able to prune much wider branches that I initially planned. Its a good addition to my toolkit. Happy with the purchase.

Works as expected. Like other Fiskars products I've bought, these clippers are good quality and good value for the cost. Home Depot always has Fiskars in stock when I shop in-store. Very pleased.

Spring action in the pruning shears-not very good.
Though they can cut, these shears lack one of the more important actions -- spring action. It doesn't jump back to the original position after cutting a limb. That was one of the things that made pruning easy in the past, and these don't have a very strong spring action. so you are pulling the handles apart to cut into the next limb as it hasn't opened quite enough to give you a good position to fit over the limb. So, I gave it a 3 stars for that reason. I do not recommend.

The grip is good, due to the padding on the clippers, but the opening is too wide. You are often pulling in to get the next cut...lots of hand motion of opening and closing.
