Although damaged units are an unusual occurrence for a newly purchased unit, we strongly advise that you inspect the appliance upon delivery for any flaws so that the local store where you purchased it can replace the unit. Most flaws are caused by the delivery process rather than the manufacturer. We strongly advise you to keep in touch with your local dealer in order to get an option for a replacement.

If the screen on the unit displays “P1”, the water collection tank inside the unit should be full. Refer to the "Drainage Instructions" on pages 16–17 for more instructions on how to drain the successive condensate:
