The water filters fit the refrigerator and seem to do a decent job filtering the water. My ice maker and water dispenser need the genuine GE filters to work correctly. I think GE has defiantly over priced the filters and I have no other option but to purchase them.

It work for a few hours and then stopped. Pretty short life span. Only had it about 2 weeks and it worked for about one.VERY disappointed

The water filter eliminates the odor the tap water has.

This gets a high rating as there is no other choice in products. GE puts an RFID chip into these so only their filter will reset the “replace filter” idiot light. SCAM on their part

Great filter for our GE refrigerator.

Easy peasy removal of the old one and install of the new one. I wish they were a little cheaper but they do work very well.

The filters are not all the same. We have some that have lasted 6 months and others where flow dropped off in 2 weeks. We thought one was a fluke but this is the 3rd time.

First cartridge didn't work. I purchased another one & it worked just fine. Bit I will never purchase another refrigerator that requires filters. Too much trouble & too EXPENSIVE!

It is easy to replace old one and install new one. I only use the name brand never generic because I want my refrigerator to work properly.

I purchased what looked to be authentic GE filters in a 2 pack from another supplier. Neither filter worked when installed. When I installed the new one from Home Depot it worked right away. Beware of other companies selling refrigerator filters that look identical for less money. Home Depot products are trustworthy.
