I used this product as a primer before using the Siloxa-Tek 8510 in my garage. After six months and a winter season they have held up great. I will say make sure you apply one coat very thin, even since in the beginning we went a little heavy and it left some white spots. They easily came off by sweeping and then we were safe to apply the topcoat sealer.

I had a 2 year old driveway that I was having dusting problems with. I applied one coat of this and it seemed to reduce the dusting by about 75%. It was super easy to apply with my garden sprayer. I just ensured it was not puddling as in the instructions. I previously was able to run my hands over the concrete and see a layer of white dusting. I no longer see any dust when I do this.

We used a pump sprayer, and the application was really quick and easy. We were very happy with the results.

The product was easy to apply and has hardened the floors and significantly reduced the dusting.

It provides a non-slip surface. Not slippery when wet since it does not bead water.

This was easy to use and easy to apply. Mix with distilled water and stir. Than apply with whatever method you choose but pump sprayer was the easiest for me. Clean up is easy with soap and water. There is little to no odor using this. It goes on looking like water but dries clear.

After pulling up our flooring, the concrete was dusting. Used the Lithi-Tek 4500 to reduce the dust. This product was easy to use. Sprayed one coat lightly that penetrated into the concrete. It did want it said it would do.

I used this product in a basement because I wanted to paint my basement walls after application. I was told it will act as a primer and increase the adhesion of the paint. Paint went on without issue and is holding up just like you would expect paint on a wall to hold up.

I was comparing this product with another brand of concentrated densifier but decied to go with Ghostshield because it was a cheaper product. Was looking to stop my concrete from dusting. Concrete was poured too late in the season and has always had issues. Applied the Lithi-Tek 4500 and it really helped to eliminate the dusting we were experiencing.

I had an area of my driveway where the concrete had started spalling and weakening from never being sealed. Obviously, it was a problem. While I'm sure it's due to the harsh winter conditions, this product stopped the breaking down process of the concrete, and it's now concrete dust free. I used the Siloxa-Tek 8510 on top and now the concrete is also water repellent.

This was easy to apply - I used a garden pump sprayer and mixed with water per the instructions. It sprayed on like water and was easy to get an even seal. I just applied it - so I cannot say how well it performs or holds up, but it looks like nothing was done and was fast and easy to apply.

I was looking for something to use on my concrete driveway, which would block stains from leaking fluids from cars. I used the Lithi-Tek 4500 as a primer and the Siloxa-Tek 8510 as the sealer to prevent oil staining. I used a sprayer and coated the entire driveway with the 4500, waited 7 days and then used a sprayer and sealed the entire driveway with the 8510. It seems to be doing the job and we're hopeful that it will not only keep the stains off the driveway, but also strengthen the concrete as well. If it does what they say it will, we're sold on it. We also want to make sure it doesn't get slippery in the rain. I hope it doesn't because it may be very difficult to remove from the concrete. At this point, I highly recommend the product. I have a feeling it will do what we thought it would.

There was no odor and the solution dried clear. It will take a while to determine how well the sealer works though.

Had some water intrusion. Sad about that but the water is less then what it was.  It sure if o can expect 100% Waterproof basement.

We poured our own concrete patio slab and made some mistakes which resulted in some concrete dusting. The dusting, was annoying and there was quite a bit of it. We bought a pump up garden sprayer and mixed the sealer with water. After application our concrete is much improved.

I was looking for something to use on my concrete driveway, which would stop stains leaking from cars. The Siloxa-Tek 8510 seems to be doing the job and we're hopeful that it will not only keep the stains off the driveway, but also strengthen the concrete as well since we used the Lithi-Tek 4500 primer first.

This was easy to use on my basement poured walls to reduce some moisture we were experiencing. Used a pump sprayer and back rolled so it didn’t drip down the wall. Works great.

Will use product again.

No staining or white residue left over as long as you don’t over apply the product and let it puddle.

The dusting we were experiencing was reduced significantly, without making the floor shiny or anything.

The Lithi-Tek 4500 is easy to apply and helps to stop moisture from coming up through a basement floor when used in conjunction with the Siloxa-Tek 8510.

This is not a sealer but a densifier. You need to use it with a sealer if you want water repellency and salt repellency. Used with the Siloxa-Tek 8500 last winter and experienced no spalling. Very Happy

If your not careful and let the product pool or puddle you will have white patches.

We used as a floor treatment on a new loading dock last year. It has been holding up great. With all the forklift and pallet traffic and no gouges or chipping - I am impressed.

I used this as a primer before applying the actual concrete sealer. I admit I had to research what a concrete densifier really did.  Because the  deicing chemicals used on out roads really deteriorates the driveways in our neighborhood I have used some sort of sealer every couple years to protect mine.  Because the builders don't use the best quality concrete on the flatwork I decided to follow the recommendation and use this densifier as a primer before applying their actual sealer.Easy to apply, relatively cheap since one gallon makes 4 gallons.

Did help the concrete finish out nicely.

Easy to apply, bit it took a fun week to set. On old concrete it felt sticky for several days but not on new concrete. The water repelling took a week to develop per instructions and now it works great. Will update after a salty winter.

My concrete was pretty chalky due to it being poured when it was raining. This product helped but I t was hoping for better. I suppose I would've bought it even knowing the outcome.
