Awesome Fan
Had to replace two awful Hugger brand fans because their total junk BUT I replaced them with 2 of these beauties. Installation was a bit time consuming and a tad confusing but the finished product is 100% well worth the effort.

Assenbly Instructions INADEQUATE!!!
Somehow Part B (Ball/Downrod Assembly) is completely omitted somewhere in Steps 3 & 4. It magically appears in the diagram for Step 4, but we're not exactly sure how it got there, how it should've got there, what should go thru it, etc. The online demonstration video saves the day by giving this info.

The unit itself is fine. Unexpected (high$) charges for installation parts a big disappointment. Crew failed to dispose of old parts and boxes from new units.

Helped install, instructions clear to follow and everything went smooth. The fans is very quiet, no humming and the light is bright. Easy on/off light cover to change when needed. Sharp looking and worth the money.
