No it did not. We installed fan and it’s making a horrific noise. My husband thinks it’s the motor. I called Home Depot and since has lifetime warranty they told me to call them and gave me number. I have been calling Home Decorators Collection all afternoon. Cannot get thru!! We would like another motor sent to us but won’t happen if can’t get someone to pick up.

The fan was easy to install on our outdoor patio ceiling. The flush mount raised the fans sufficiently from the fans that we replaced. Even though these are somewhat smaller is blade span they put out a sufficient amount of air. Very stable and quiet. I have had it a little over a week installed. It did meet my expectations. I am curious as to how the finish holds up over time , the last fans were were outdoor rated but turned yellow and the blades became brittle. They did work over six years outside in South Florida in the heat , humidity , and driving rain storms not to mention going through two hurricanes. I expect the same out of the new fans.

The install was easy and it is nice and quiet. It looks great on my screened in porch.

Electrician who installed the fan for me said the black and white wires in the fan’s wire harness were reversed. So he had to pull the two wires out of the harness and re-insert them correctly in order to be able to operate the fan and light separately using the wall switch plate.
