Nice door for a good price.
The door arrived much sooner than they had told us. It looks good but will look better with paint. It seems strong and durable and is a good value compared to other doors we looked at online. The style is perfect for us and this is the only place I could find this style unless we were willing to pay twice the price somewhere else. We're happy with the purchase.

verry convenient to order this door online and pick up a week or so later...
it was very easy, ordering a new front door online and just picking it up when it came in. we love our new door !

Great Door
I love this door. My sister visited and said she had just gotten the same door; hers is brown and mine is white. It's very nice, looks great. Installation was easy to arrange.

Easy Installation. Looks GREAT!

Beautiful door!
I love my new door. It adds light with the windows, is strong, seals perfectly and has significantly the heat loss in my home!

Poor craftsmanship
I ordered this door with the craftsman shelf and Jeld-Wen sent the door without the shelf to the installer (installation arranged through HD). Instead of sending a new door, they sent a cheap plastic shelf that gets TAPED onto the door. It is NOT a steel shelf that is manufactured/welded onto the door. Of course, nowhere in the description does it tell you this. This cheap shelf costs $182 more than the same door without it. Save yourself the money and skip the shelf.

Great Door for the Money
I purchased 2 of these doors for my home, Both went in with ease stayed true and square during installation. Highly recommend this product.

This door is so beautiful.
This door is perfect for my cottage. I have already recd many complements. I love how I can now see out and love how it lets some much needed light into my entryway.

Better than the picture in all aspects
Door is wonderful to enhance the cottage and arts and craft style architecture of any home. Quality is top notch for this price point. Only downside is I may have to buy 2 more so all my doors match.
