    This is my second Keurig, it was purchased 4/21 and not used for 6 months. It will not power on. I have tried the online troubleshooting to not avail. It looks brand new but doesn’t work!!

      I got this machine as gracious warranty replacement after deploying the original one earlier in the month. Simply by asking a question if filter had to be used. Anyway, that probably caused the descale issue by which the replacement was sent. FYI, my prior older one was still working but since all immediate family has passed, I decided to get a single cup version which actually has more features! What is not to like about Keurig products.

      Absolutely love the color. We needed a Keurig that was off-white, but not cream or bright white, and this was perfect! It is a slimmer unit that our previous Keurig and looks great on counter. The water reservoir is easier to remove because it has a handle. It is a little slower in brew time, but not by much. It fits my husband’s travel mugs which I have found hard to do in other K-cup models like the Cuisinart one.

      I just recently bought this and absolutely LOVE that I upgraded! The only issue I have, is the “Silver Sage” color, looks way more vibrant online, and on the box, and unboxing it to find a very faded color was kind of a disappointment since I love the color green. Other than that, it’s great!

        Doesn't close tight
        I love My K Supreme even though the first one was defective and this one the top doesn't close tightly so coffee does splash on the wall next to the K Supreme but I'll just have to put up with it. Knowing what I know now I should have probably purchased the K Supreme Plus

        Very fast and full flavored machine
        So far machine has worked really well. Have had for a little over two weeks and it is super fast. I always try to unload my dishwasher while my coffee is brewing and I cannot get the whole thing unloaded anymore! Haha, first world problems. Coffee from this brewer definitely tastes better in this machine. Not butter just more full flavor. It works easily just push two buttons and coffee starts almost instantly. Water reservoir is a good size for two daily coffee drinkers. Color looks great on the counter. Pretty light green.

        Makes an absolute mess!
        We've had this coffee maker for a couple of months and it works ok if you don't mind cleaning up after it every time you make a cup. I believe it is the multi-stream system that is making this such a poor product. I would rather post a video of the problem but I am limited to photos.

          I wouldn't buy this machin if someone forced me...
          I've taken some time to wait and write this review, due to the fact that I've been a LOYAL Keurig coffee pot owner for over 20 years... (That is now in question) I purchased this unit in March of 2021 and have regretted it every day since then. As I sit here in November of 2021, I'm ready to smash it with a bat. Today alone, I've had two K cups explode everywhere, and leak grounds all over the machine. The new design has these extra metal prongs that poke into the top of the cups, and it tends to tear the top of the cups. This then allows the grounds to overflow out the top of the cup and make an insane mess. Due to the bizarre design of the machine, it makes cleanup very challenging. For the record, I ONLY Purchased this machine, because my prior machine started to be a little loud when it would run. I've now switched back to that till I decide what to do next. I'm very disappointed in this machine.

            Like the smaller size & how fast it brews
            I purchased this model several months ago. The first time I descaled it the descale light never went off. It continued to work so I ignored the light. However a couple months later it stopped working completely. I called Customer Support and it was replaced at no charge, immediately. I’m crossing my fingers that this was just one brewer and the replacement would be fine.!Too soon to tell but I have faith this was a one time quirk with just that brewer, we'll see.

            I bought this model for my husband since he drinks coffee before work every morning and it’s hands down the worst Keurig model I’ve even purchased. It doesn’t brew the coffee - it spits it all over my counter making a mess. After a few months we started having issues with it brewing watered down coffee and it’s so watered down you can clearly see the bottom of the coffee cup. We have to rebrew the cup 2 or 3 times for a decent cup. On top of these issues the material for the brewer was a poor choice - It almost looks like the plate is melting! Honestly the worst Keurig I’ve ever owned.

              Descaling guide hard to find but
              Purchased this in January and having the same issue as everyone else. Could not stop Descale light from blinking. I called customer service and they were very helpful. Basically go to page 4 of your user manual. I’ve attached a screenshot. It is a multi step process but the light finally stopped blinking. Woohoo!

                Descale does not reset !!
                I purchased two of these and have had to call to try and get the rescale to reset after cleaning. Both have just quit working and fortunately they have sent me new one. However, it just happened again on my pot so I am continuing to use it instead of calling to try to get it to reset. I think there must be an issue with these type of pots. I’m. Disappointed but truly love the size of it. Sad I keep having this issue and hate that I have another one that has the descale lit and won’t go off. I’ve cleaned it and keep using it with a lit button. Company notices it and I doubt any of them will purchase this coffee pot.

                K-Supreme Design Is Fantastic!
                Used Keurig single serve for years but always struggled with refilling the water reservoir. My visually impaired husband especially had difficulties with the slant and seating the reservoir. This K-Supreme redesign was a hallelujah moment for us. Didn’t think the brewing could be better but adding the multi stream feature brews a better cup of coffee.

                MultiStream Needs Design Change
                MultiStream caught my eye and I was excited to buy one when my K-Elite failed after about 3 years. However, within a week after purchase I started seeing evidence of leaking around the 4 extra water injection points. The leakage continued to get worse, now about 3 or 4 months in, the leakage has gotten so bad that the coffee isn't worth drinking. Also, the descale light was blinking at me so I followed the directions to descale. I'm good at following directions and followed them completely. Light is still blinking and coffee tastes even worse. I gave up and bought another K-Elite. It's nice to have good coffee again.

                  I bought this to update my previous keurig which was bulky and not very attractive. I have a new kitchen and wanted something that blended better with white and had a smaller footprint. This keurig definitely checked those boxes. What I didn’t expect was for it to function better than my previous one. My old keurig was much noisier and took about a minute or so to heat up, unless I timed it right and it was already in ready mode. The K-Supreme is always ready and it’s much quieter. I would’ve given 5 stars but it does create some splatter around the mug like my older model did.
