Not the coldness of Frigidaire or GE. Will replace both units next year

We purchased this wall sleeve along with a new Keystone A/C. The sleeve is of good quality. Directions says it is a universal fit, but our new Keystone 8,000 BTU a/c does not fit in it flush to the wall. I emailed the Keystone company twice now for guidance, We have not received any replies .

It was a little small for the air conditioner unit

The sleeve fit perfectly and ht AC unit fit right in it.

Very sturdy and easy to install

The remote has NO display which presents a big problem and after hours with tech support I learned it also won’t connect by wi fi with optimum.

Home Depot claims that this sleeve fits the LG A/C. It doesn't! It's too short.

Perfect item for my LG wall A/C unit

Don’t buy this product until the back solid panel is replaced with a meshed back panel for air to flow. The ac will overheat without air flow.

all pictures show unit built . No notice that unit has to be assembled ...important fact since complete sleeves are available from different sources and similar with pricing or cheaper. I luckily have some power tools since a basic screwdriver is not an option for some people . Very hard to start and tighten by hand

Received quickly but did not have the screen in it. Don't know what to do because handy-man put in without it.

AC sleeve was easy to assemble, with clear instructions and fits the Koldfront AC perfectly. First order had issue with 2 left side panels, but the re-order went fast and it’s all good. Be sure to check ALL parts before tossing the packing materials….handy suggestion.
