[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my refrigerator, it makes ice and drops it out into the glass without spilling on the floor. It also has cold water without ice if you just need a quick drink.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a beautiful appliance but within 5 days it stopped dispensing water or making ice. The repair service was fantastic and they diagnosed the issue right away. That made me think it was a common problem. If the fridge is too cold or doesn't get opened often enough, the water reservoir in the back of the fridge will freeze. That stops water from flowing to the ice maker and water dispenser. We raised the fridge temp a couple degree and hopefully that ends the issue for good. Aside from that, we love the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since we have owned this refrigerator, we haven't had any mechanical issues like we did with the previous whirlpool refrigerator. Only downside is this one doesn't have enough storage space in the freezer compartment. It's very quiet. Love the automatic water dispenser. The wine rack is nice, but takes up storage space.

Do not EVER,NEVER agree to a discount and keep the appliance if your appliance is delivered damaged in ANY way. REMEMBER, YOU ONLY HAVE 48 HOURS TO DECIDE TO KEEP IT ONCE IT IS DELIVERED. AFTER THAT, IT’S ALL YOURS, NO MATTER WHAT THE SITUATION, NO EXCEPTIONS! I have been dealing with Home depot now for over 2 months with this appliance, along with countless hours on the phone to resolve my issue. Tonight again was a 47 minute call before I had to giver up again. Dealing with Home Depot has been a nightmare for me. Look for a store that has a longer than 48 hour window to try/inspect/accept your appliance. SHOP ELSEWHERE, LIKE COSTO, SAM’S CLUB, THE MFG. THEY ALL HAVE LONGER TIME FRAMES ONCE YOU HAVE THE APPLIANCE IN YOUR HOME FOR RETURN/REPAIR/INSPECTION. I LEARNED MY LESSON THE HARD WAY. THIS WAS MY 2ND AND LAST APPLIANCE I WILL EVER BUY FROM HOME DEPOT.

My refrigerator is only 2 years old. All the rails that the crisper , deli and fruit drawer slide in and out have broken causing my drawers to not slide open correctly and they are resting on top of each other and virtually unusable. I have been waiting since Feb for parts only to find out today they are no longer making the rails I need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely unhappy with this new refrigerator.....The drawers stick together and two pull out at the same time. When you look at the drawers closed you can see that they are not spaced equally on both sides and actually sit on the lower one. I also find the ice dispenser very hard to use but hopefully I'll get the hang of that. Had service man out and was told that the drawers cannot have any adjustments made & I have to learn to live with the problem!!! Very poor answer!. this was a replacement for a 20 yr old kitchenaid and it will definetly be my last Kitchenaid product purchased!.

Terrible experience all around. Multiple service calls both in and out of warranty. there is a design flaw in the wiring harness that supports all of the freezer door functions, ice maker, water dispenser, ice dispenser and lighting. Contacted customer care before posting this review and there offer of support was wholly inadequate. even spoke to a supervisor. we were forced to by and LG which we are3 very happy with. such as shame that an American company has gone downhill so badly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would not buy this refrigerator again. Who knew that you are unable to actually remove the drawers to clean them? I had a service rep come out to show me how to remove the drawers and he had to force the drawers out sideways because the refrigerator door does not open to a full 180 degrees, which would allow for easy and "safe" removal. The plastic drawers can easily snap if bent so I choose not to do that which means I will have to clean any mess in the drawers without removing those. I will have to use a wet sponge to clean every drawer. I waited a long time to be able to afford Kitchen-Aid appliances and have to say I am extremely disappointed in some of the "features" (or lack thereof) in several of the appliances. I would not buy Kitchen-Aid again.

Very disappointed. Design FLAW warning as others have mentioned. Opening and closing of the freezer door pinches a wire that cannot be repaired and your ice maker is doomed. Have to replace the whole door for a grand! Second, freezer light stoppped working after a couple years also, another expensive repair. 3 grand down to have the Kitchen Aid brand. Not making that mistake again. Brutal.

Worst refrigerator. I had for 2 years and ice maker stopped working, the fridge door started making a weird sound when opening and closing, it needs 10 million filters every 3 months. It's not worth a penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is huge. Lots of room in the fridge and freezer. I’ve had an older side by side for 30 years. This refrigerator holds about twice as much. It isn’t counter depth but who needs that. If you have a big family, this is the refrigerator for you. My only concern is the ice maker. It doesn’t have 2 ice makers and we like a lot of ice. I usually bag it up and keep some in the freezer for hard times. We haven’t ran out yet, but haven’t had lots of people over yet. Only had the fridge for 4 months. I’m sure it will eventually let me down. But the size of the refrigerator will have to be enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Drawers and shelves seem flimsy, and could break easily and they also have very sharp edges. The metal part for the outside water and ice dispenser is also sharp.

Once a technician came and repaired it from making loud noises it has been great.

Broke. Doesn’t work. I am seriously disappointed. Apparently, there is a 48 hour return policy and now I’m stuck with a broken fridge. I will never buy another thing from Home Depot.
