The Moen Kaden Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet with Reflex and Power Clean in Spot Resist Stainless as well as the Moen 87014SRS Essie kitchen faucet you have installed uses our Reflex™ hose and hose weight system to ensure smooth operation, easy movement and secure docking of the pull-down sprayer. With regard to retracting and holding the sprayer tightly to the end of the spout, this is done by the proper placement of the hose weight on the hose under your sink. This weight should be positioned at least 2” from the nature loop of the hose and be on the side of the hose closest to the spray wand, the weight may need to be moved up higher on the hose. This will ensure that the weight provides enough tension to keep the sprayer in the end of the spout. You will also want to make sure that the path the hose and the weight move through is not blocked or impeded by anything under the sink.
