This washer dryer cost me a lot of time and money. Washes perfect. Takes 3 1/2 hours to dry. Or longer

The machine is easy to use, quiet, and does an excellent job. I feel it is worth every dime at this point that it cost me.

Works amazing no complaints

This unit washes well but it absolutely does NOT dry . It is not a space saver - you will still need a regular dryer to dry your clothes . At first I thought my load was too big (5 hand towels) so I tried a single pair of pants and even after 4 hours of dry time the pants were still damp.

The dryer part is worthless wouldn’t even completely dry one men’s shirt

It takes to long to wash and the cloths do not dry well, they come out damp.

The washer looks great,seems to work good runs very quiet

Dryer is terrible takes 8+ hours to dry a full load. Washer is good just takes a little longer than conventional washer.

It spins like crazy one minute I place it in middle of the kitchen then it ends up towards the other side. No matter what it’s spins too loud and goes all over the place, plus I have a child so it’s dangerous

I would not recommend this product. I sent it back after one month. It takes about six hours to do a load, wash and dry. And the load is not always fully dry after that time. This machine has a lock on the door that prevents one from removing the load after the wash cycle to allow air drying. Home Depot was very good about taking the machine back and I was very pleased about that. But I would not consider purchasing this machine.

After two months, it stopped draining after the wash cycle. While I can manually drain it through the coin trap, that is not a long term option. The trouble shooting section in the user's guide suggests washing the "drain pump filter", but nowhere in the guide does it indicate where the filter is, or how to access it.

Complicated to use.

Adjust legs and let it do it's job!!!!!

It was returned after 3 weeks do to the error code for drain pump. 2nd machine in 6 months same problem. Will not buy another one. It was perfect size and did a good job when it actually worked but with back ordered parts for brand new machines didn’t make sense.

I buy this Mashin for my salon ,process was very long time and my towels still wet.I returned this washer and dryer,process was difficult and stressful,and till today I am not receiving my money back .

The washer only holds 1/2 load that I’m used to doing and then the dryer portion takes over 3hrs to dry the 1/2 load. It’s running up my electric bill cuz I have to take multiple days to wash and it has to be such small loads as well.

I expected for it to have a better performance on my clothes. Maybe i don't know how to work it

It’s ok for the price you paying for. Compactable, perfect for small loads. Quiet even when spinning reach 1200 rpm. The dryer takes about 3 hrs but is a good option in small apts with limited spaces. Make sure take off the 4 screws in the back before start to use and the foam in the bottom.

The very little Machine moved across the room very loud not worth the money

3 hour dry cycle, incredibly slow, inefficient and I HATE IT. Need to return it ASAP
