Roofers installed it and came back the following week to wire it and the motor is no good. Waiting for a new one to come in that the roofing company ordered and hopefully Home Depot will take this back

Very quiet and work great

Died within 2 weeks and had to pay AGAIN for a reinstall.

Happy with these fans on all my new roof installations!! A must for all homes!!

Paid to have it installed and it ran continuously. Having to buy a different one and pay to have it installed. Then return this junk for refund.

This fan was easy to install, and runs very quiet. I expect the impact on lowering cooling costs will be more evident next cooling season, since this unit was installed in the Fall season.

Works great very quiet

Had this installed about 4-5 weeks ago and I noticied a huge difference in the temperatur of my 2nd floor on hot days. It is not noisy at all. Anyone that wrote a review saying it is nosiy either installed it wrong or just likes to complain. I can hear a slight motor hum during the day but its nothing. Most of the time i have to open ny attic door to make sure its running. Im very pleased with it so far. The wiring is very easy to do. My only complaint is theres not a lot of slack in the thermostat wire so keep that in mind and make sure it will reach your desiree location for mounting the thermostat box. I installed it in August so i didnt get a full summer out of it, curious like many others how the motor holds up, but im very pleased with how its worked out so far

Went together just find and runs quietly; what more could I ask for.

I have installed these two and it was instantly cooler in the house from removing the hot air from my attic.

Simple installation and it seems to work well but it is cheaply made. Very thin sheet metal bends if you handle this fan carelessly. Sharp, rough edges everywhere so use caution while installing it. The cap is attached with four small bolts that thread into thin sheet metal only, no nuts, flat washers or lock washers. (I added my own with thread locker) The fan itself has some heft to it and the motor seems substantial enough but is held in place by three thin sheet metal stanceons that attach through small as possible rubber groumets. Here they used nuts and bolts, but again, as small as would be allowable. It does pull air satisfactorily and the thermostat functions well. There is a bird screen that goes around the circumfrence of the main housing but again, it’s light and crudely attached. The thermostat cover and base couldn’t be thinner. The unit works well enough for now but everything is made as minimum and thin and light as possible. It doesn’t inspire confidence and I seriously doubt its durability.

It came with everything I needed plus the thermostat all the wiring electrical fittings

The roof vents were easily installed and performed well.

Seems to be doing the job. Not too noisy.

Installed this where our swamp cooler was to pull the hot air out and it has worked really well.
