I ordered the Mojack Pro Jack. The ordering and shipping was simple and quick. The jack is very heavy duty. Assembling was somewhat of a problem, because it requires metric wrenches that were larger than the ones I had. You need multiple size wrenches from 17mm to 22mm. I made due with an adjustable wrench and American standard wrench that was close to what I needed. The hardware is in a package with see thru plastic on one side and cardboard on the other side. I found some washers and cotter pin had shifted in the package and it looked like I was missing some, but it was all in there. Here is the only problem I have with the jack. You have to drive your tractor on to the wheel pads. But, if you are on a smooth concrete floor, as soon as the tractor hits the pads, the whole thing slides backwards. I put a rubber mat underneath the jack stand portion and the same thing happened. You must put them under the wheel pads to keep from sliding. If you have room to store the jack while its completely assembled, that’s would be the best way. However, if you need the room, the instructions say you can fold the jack, but you have to remove the lifting arms and wheel pads first. Then you need to pull the Tower Locking pin with one hand and lift the Tower up and out of its base to fold it. I have not been able to do that on my own, it looks like that may be two person job. Otherwise, pretty happy with the jack. Makes it a whole lot easier to get access to my 60in deck.

So far I’ve only used the jack twice, and both of those uses went well. BUT, during assembly, I noticed one hole where a pin was supposed to be inserted toward the base where the holes didn’t line up exactly and so I’ll blame that on some machining error. I used a round metal file to make it work but no biggie. Also, the crank handle didn’t have a very good seat when tightening the nut on, so I had to do more filing. A little inconvenient considering the price, but all else has been smooth sailing.

I purchased this unit to help me service a JOHN DEERE Z830A ZERO TURN MOWER. I started using this unit as soon as I received it. Reading all the advertisements about this unit caused me to choose this unit. This unit seems to be built well except for the "LIFTING OR WINCHING CAPABILITY" which doesn't seem to be as good as the information that I have read. My JOHN DEERE MOWER is fairly heavy. I HAVE TO STRUGGLE TO LIFT BY HAND WITH THE WINCH. I have been lifting the mower with the DRILL ATTACHMENT that is incorporated with the winch unit. The drill attachment seems to be having a little trouble lifting the mower also. I REALLY DON'T KNOW HOW ELSE TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM! I am a little disappointed with this unit.........

This lift works pretty much like you would expect with no real issues. I did have a little trouble driving up onto it on slick concrete when I tried to run up over the bolts on the front of the lift feet as it wanted to slide around or push out so the tire didn't go over the bolt. You can remove them to pull up on the pads but then it will be a little bit of a challenge sometimes to get them back in after you pull onto it if the tire is in the way a little. I did do that and it wasn't real bad just had to pull on the mower some while putting the bolt back in. The other option for me is to have a block or something behind it braced over to a wall or something solid so it can't really slide as easy. Either way it did lift my zero turn with no problem and even though I have a drill or screw gun I could have used there was no point as it only took a minute with minimal effort to crank it up and down. It is geared so it raises and lowers pretty quick with the crank so not much need for the drill in my opinion. I would get this unit again if I needed one. It might be a little on the higher price side but would rather have something solid that I don't have to wrry about and will last and I think this works for both of those.

I had to get the winch replaced before using due to being bent. And it is rated at 750 lb, but it seems to be stretching that somewhat. Probably a little small for my JD X750. Otherwise it is a good lift.

I am a Disabled Veteran that purchased the Mojackpro to make working on my mower easier. The lift worked good the first couple of times I used it. Then, I started noticing bronze shavings coming from behind the cover of the lift handle and now the winch locks up and you have to lower it some and then raise it again. I called customer service and left my number for them to return my call for assistance. They never returned my call. I finally emailed them for them to say it's out of warranty. For the money, the winch should last more than a year!

I give it an average rating only because of the funky system they have for opening and folding the lift. You have to pull out a pin at the bottom of the center post and hold it out to open or fold the center post of the lift. That means that you are bent over to hold open the pin and then try to lift the 40 lb. metal vertical up and over to get it to fold flat. Physically impossible unless you're a body builder. Hubby figured out a metal wedge that he puts in to hold the pin out so he can then stand up to lift and either open or fold the center post. It seems to be a very sturdy system and the hand crank makes it easy to lift and lower the mower. Poor design choices intended I'm sure for safety in getting the lift ready to use or put away, but not a good idea in practice.

Assembly was fairly easy. When raised high it is very sturdy and secure. The only problem is I can only do half turns with the crank because it hits the bumper when raising the mower. And that's a real pain!!! Otherwise I would've given 5 stars.

This Pro Lawn Mo Jack is better then I expected! A really solidly built Mower Lift and it only took about 1 hour to assemble. I'm using it on a Cub Cadet Pro Z700S 60" and it works perfect and I feel very confident in cleaning the mower deck or changing the mower blades. I chose this model because of the safety feature where it locks into place at whatever height you raise it to.

This is an important update to my first somewhat negative review. As it turned out, after I contacted the company, MoJack listened carefully to the problems I was having and has responded--very promptly, I might add--by doing everything in their power to rectify them. This excellent level of customer service, for which I highly commend them, is all too rare in today's world. Meanwhile, MoJack has sent me yet another winch, at no charge whatsoever for either the part or shipping, that they personally inspected beforehand to ensure that it would work flawlessly. I installed the winch yesterday, April 20, and I am very pleased to report that my MoJack Pro is now operating perfectly. It is my pleasure to raise my overall rating to Four Stars, which would have been Five Stars except for the unfortunate issues I experienced earlier. This is a company that really cares about its customers, and I appreciate that. Thank you, MoJack.

Bought at Home Depot who ordered it for me. When it came I picked it up. Upon opening found multiple hardware pieces missing. Tried to call Mo Jack at the number they provide to order missing parts and left a message as received only a recording. Left five messages over a period of five hours and no one every returned my call. Called the operator at MoJack...also no answer only a recording. In addition found bent frame and bent wheel. Very bad overall experience and no customer service from MoJack. Home Depot Manager was sympathetic and tried to call them himself and found that he also could not reach them . Returning to store for refund. MoJack is Customer NOservice!

The jack stuck in the up position. I took the lift arms off and was then able to lower it. I operated the unit (with the lift arms) many times and disengaged it each time it rested on one of the ratchet stops as I thought burs may cause this. After multiple lifts, it ran smoothly.
