Great underlayment for laminate flooring. If your sub flooring is not leveled, this product will not help stabilize the it through and through. You will need something thicker, or just use self-leveling concrete and get it done correctly. Otherwise, this is great and comes with its own tape.

I have used this in my rentals for noise reduction between apartment walls! Placed in between two thin drywall sheets, cuts out 100% of noise coming from coming through neighbouring apartment walls. Cheap easy fix!!

Vapor barrier and pad in one product. A little pricey but a great product and worth it if putting down a nice new floor.

Goes down so very easy, stays in place while putting the flooring down. Also very easy to tape and stays in place then as well. Lastly, it certainly dampens/quiets very well.

Great quality product! Purchased for use upstairs and saw reviewers say that the sound dampening aspects of this underlayment were good. Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to attach. This product is very hard to cut though

Excellent product. You get what you pay for. Great cushion, insulation and durability. I've use the cheap foam and this is much better. Have a sharp knife or shears.

A superior pad that combines insulation and a poly protective layer that is very durable. As noted in other reviews, it is difficult to cut, however that is because the quality of the material is excellent. We have noticed the Robert's Super Felt provides excellent insulation against our concrete slab on grade floor. It also provides a comfortable backing to our laminate floor that gives our floor a natural feel. Robert's Super Felt is so comfortable that I actually slept on it one evening while working on our home project. After comparing Robert's Super Felt with other products I saw at the home improvement stores, there is no comparison in terms of quality, and the value is incredible.

East to cut and put down. I like the self adhesive strip to seal the seams.

Good heavy duty material.Softens floor and soundproof some for rooms below.

When I started to cut the roll to fit the corners, the green plastic barrier started to shred apart as it it was kept in storage for many years past its lifetime. Not sure if this was a return item but I can say this item is no where close to the quality of felt underlay that I bought from another company (different brand) a month ago. I had to use vapor barrier to replace the green plastic.

Excellent underlayment, goes down, stays in place, able to walk on it without damaging it while laying floor. Just a note that this comes in a large roll and requires some muscle to move
