The included 75' of proprietary cable was not long enough for my installation. Hard to imagine that is enough cable for a rural install. Standard should include at least a hundred foot.

I wish I’d known about this from the start~! As far as I can tell, no other satellite service can compare! Especially hughesnet…NEVER USE HUGHESNET~!

Setup was kinda easy if you're able to make some educated guesses, but the service is not any better than typical internet and its 3x the price per month.

Ordered on a Friday, and it was delivered that Monday. Works perfect for my rural area.

The unit installed well .I had to place a wall mount for it ,but it was worth it for the speeds we are now getting.

I received my starlink kit with all parts and pieces, I have been unable to complete the set up process. Which makes it useless. The company does not have a help phone number

Yes, everything was in good shape it hooked up well we had no problems. So far we are getting a connection of at least 35 MGB

Delivery of the unit was prompt. Setting the unit up was very straight forward and install was done with basic hand tools. The app for Starlink is easy to follow and from start to finish was approximately 2 hours for setup. This has been a life changer for the entire family, kids are able to access schoolwork much faster and we can now stream movies without interruption. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has high speed internet needs. We are beyond satisfied. Thank you

We have not achieved downloads sopped above 70 Mbps on the WiFi

This thing is a joke. The best speed I get is about 5mbs download, while it generally runs about 1-2mbs. I will be returning it.

This thing is straight money and I live in the middle of nowhere. Super easy set up. And as advertised 125mbps. All day!
