Did not come with the adequate installation parts or enough cable.

This was very straightforward and easy to set up and install. We had to mount it on a pole to get the reception optimized, and that required a little extra time and ingenuity, but that was particular to our situation. The parts in the box were super easy to assemble. And we have better internet than we ever have had with line of sight systems, tower to tower. Overall, we are thrilled.

It is just great we never had such fast internet

With Starlink phone app the device was easily located to a place with clear sky/reception. Increased our mbps speed by 5x?

So far the best satellite option we’ve used to date. It’s a little pricey at $150 a month for service plus the cost of the satellite but it’s reliable and has worked well no matter our location. I’d definitely recommend this item for anyone looking to get consistent, reliable internet connection.

Super fast, can stream multiple devices at same time. Far better than Viasat, or Hughes

This internet has worked without fail. It is fast and seems to be reliable so far. It is a little expensive, but it does what it’s supposed to do reliably. Setup was pretty simple too

Have had it set up for several weeks and works about 98% of the time. Takes up to several hours to reset, if the power goes out. Also, when ordering supplemental parts, plan for 2 to 4 weeks for delivery from Starlink.

Only compaint I have is everything read said it came with 75 ft cable but it actually came with 50 ft cable which made installation more difficult. Barely had enough cable.

Installation and setup was easy and was impressed on the first speed test. One thing I was not aware of the signal degradation due to weather so that was a surprise, but overall I do not regret my purchase

Significant improvement (actually, often dramatic) in speed and reliability for my rural New Mexico home when compared to Hughes satellite internet. Would give 5 stars if Starlink proprietary cable did not have an ending withe a right angle connection, requiring a larger wall penetration than standard coaxial.

Works well, has only lagged a handful of times but definitely happy with our purchase!

If you need seemless high speed internet, this is the way to go. It has a simple do it yourself installation, and the satelite "dish" aims itself with an internal motor. The only thing we need to do in the future is make the installation more permanent with an in ground pole.

Had some problems with the account activation also might not of gotten the 30 free trial by buying from Home Depot.

Living in the mountains, with relatively low ISP providers, I decided to purchase the Starlink kit. After it was installed and set to their ISP it was the absolutely best internet I have ever had. Downloads over 180mbs, uploads about 18mbs. The previous provider had about 3mbs and usually anything on the internet needed constant rebooting. It is a bit expensive, but worth it! As a note: my kit had 50 feet of Starlink's cabling. Most reviews stated it was 75 feet. Make sure you have enough.
