The auto dry doesn’t seem to do a great job. Other than that, it’s been great.

Purchased from Home Depot. This dryer was delivered 10 days ago and no longer in working condition. I put 3 items to steam clean pushed start and it made a noise so loud, I thought it exploded. The drum does not turn and I am completely disgusted with Samsung. The reason we purchased a new dryer and washer was because the Samsung dryer we had for 7 years broke and it was less expensive to purchase a new one. Now I am without a dryer again. It had to happen on a weekend when I have a load of clothes to wash and dry. Now I have to wait for repair service. Called Home Depot and got the run around from customer service. I asked for a manager and he told me he would take care of it and call the manufacturer and arrange for service. He said he would give me a call on Monday as to status of repair service. I hope so. Not a happy customer

Most of my clothes require a Low setting to dry. The reason I bought this dryer was because of the sensor dry so avoid over drying my clothes. There is NO low temperature option with Sensor Dry. The temperature for the "Normal" setting cannot be adjusted which makes zero sense. I am forced to use Timed Dry to use the Low temperature setting. I have to go in an check them multiple times as I can't time it right. They are either too damp or too dry. I cannot believe Samsung didn't realize that is extremely poor programming. Most clothes these days require "tumble dry LOW!" I am so ticked I bought this thing without realizing this. If you could adjust the temperature on the "Normal" setting which is the most commonly used option, it would be a great dryer.

I usually live Samsung products but this dryer does not measure up. I have never had a dryer that the clothes come out with so many wrinkles. My sheets get twisted into knots and sometimes I have to put the top and bottom sheets in separately to get them dry. I also don’t like that most of the presets can not be altered.

Love, love, LOOOOVE! This dryer works like a charm. We purchased the matching washer a few months back & loved it, so we knew we would love the dryer. Easy to use, plenty of drying options.

My wife seems to love it

Dryer works fine. Some getting used to required vs my 30 year old Kenmore. Seems to take a long time for things to dry. Steam seems unnecessary. Had to have HD come back a 2nd time to change door swing - no place online to request that - they wouldn’t do it without an order.

DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE! Purchased 5 year coverage as well. Machine sensor does not work properly and Samsung says this is the way it is supposed to work. Clothes never dry properly. Samsung's instructions are to bypass the sensor setting by only using 2 settings on the machine. Just great, you spend all this money and can only use a portion of the choices provided. Buy something else!

We have had the dryer for three weeks now. I like it. I wish I had purchased something a little less fancy, though--that is my fault, not Samsungs. The only thing missing is an insertable rack like my old Whirlpool had that you could put shoes on so they would not tumble in the drum.

Sleek, pretty quiet, easy to use. Love the steam/wrinkle free feature. I definitely recommend it!

Please don't waste your money on this washer machine & dryer by Samsung. It's no good at all. I see all these 5 stars they must have people they know to leave these reviews. The washer barely move around to wash the clothes. And the end result the clothes are still dirty. You have to wash on a heavy load at all time using a lot of water to cover even a small load. Because the normal wash barely fill the washer with water. And the matching dryer sucks to you have to dry 7 pairs of jeans for 1 hour 30 min to get them fully dry. That's extremly to long for only 7 pairs of jeans. don't waste your money they got me. And if you don't return it within 48 hour you're stuck with it. And of course they don't tell you that, because they want to get rid of them.

Doesn't dry fast enough. Jeans normally take me 52 minute on medium. I have to dry them on high heat for at least an hour and a half now. I don't like that you have to open it from the side and not the top. I don't like the signal music when the load is complete. A buzzing sound is fine not a musical song. I am disappointed in my new Samsung washer and dryer!! Wish I could return them.

This is a quiet machine that has done everything we have asked. Because it is a gas dryer, the clothes are dry in a shorter period of time. We have noticed that our towels are more "fluffy" than with our old dryer. The filter is easy to clean and seems to do a good job of removing the lint. Initially, we had trouble with the hook up to the house gas line. I would recommend having a plumber make the hook up.

So far the dryer is in great working order.

Love the easy to use features

First during the installation they set up the hoses incorrectly. When they were able to finally fix them, we are still not able to wash and dry during regular time. It takes forever and that is after setting the washer for an extra spin cycle and getting the stuff to air dry in b/w using the dryer.

This was a great purchase! Great size. Love the chimes it sings when it’s done! Plus energy efficient!!! Great Dyer!!

Clothes dry in s very short time. No complaints!

Good dryer. Plenty of room to get clothes dry. Only complaints I have are the cycle time (very long) the default drying settings, (usually not dry enough), and the location and design of the lint filter (as it tends to dump lint back into the unit when being cleaned as well as leaving a lot of lint in the filter mortise to be blown into the vent with the next use. I bought this dryer for it's size mostly as I have a king sized bed and prefer to wash my mattress pads, blankets, and other large items at home. For that it works very well.

The sensor drying does not work as expected.When we use the sensor drying mode the clothes are always damp.We have to use time dry to really dry the clothes.

I bought my new Samsung Dryer 2 months ago. I am very happy with it. It drys everything the first time, so no need to run a 2nd cycle. The lint screen is very easy to clean, and it seems like less lint is accumulating. For the price I paid, I am extremely satisfied!
