This system is nice and quiet but lacks in quality control, the tube rail is off about a 1/16 of an inch on each piece and all put together the tube rail is twisted from one end to the other over 1/2 inch and makes the motor end not level on one side and is very noticeable/crooked to one side. The company was very helpful and want to make it right and they are goin to reach out to there manufacturer in Vietnam and make them aware of the situation, and will send me new rails when corrected, the WiFi feature is ok if you want to use the app, but when the WiFi USB is in, you lose the range of the Key fob remote, and you have to hold the remote outside of vehicle in front of door to get it to open. When I unplugged the WiFi usb the remote worked down the street like it did prior to using the WiFi usb, so until they fix the problem I cannot recommend this opener, Take away is it’s super quiet for a chain drive .

The 30-year-old garage door opener that I had finally broke so I seen this one and I ordered it. I figured being a quarter horse more than the one I had would be a good replacement. But for a half horse garage door opener it is really really really underpowered. In order for it to work right I had to make sure the garage door was not rubbing on anything and free wheeling all the way up and all the way down. I would not buy this one again.

Easy installation,quiet and efficient.WIFI doesn’t work, contacted customer service, but no response

Easy to install. Directions are written well. These openers are tiny! Im shocked they lift the wooden doors I have. They are super quiet for chain drive systems. The closing timer is annoying . If you set it for 3/10/30 auto shut it beeps the entire time like its hooked to life support. I had to shut the auto close feature down. The system is very basic and the keypad , opener switches look like craftsman made in the 80s. For the price they are worth it. The remotes are very modern so thank goodness for that.

Had trouble installing unit. Was missing remote, no tool for holding chain for adjusting. Called to report. Received ! remote and no chain tool. Chain came off and was very diificult to get back on. Had to take everything down to start all over again because after you pull pin out of adjuster you cannot put it back in again making it difficult to hook chain up again. Reinstalled and now works great. Took several days to get it up and working. So far so ggod?

Many good things about this opener and only a few bad. It is QUIET and light weight and mostly works as intended. I've installed several other brands and this one was actually easiest, even pairing additional remotes. However, it lacks radio range (a different logic board I later received cured that issue with an external antenna), the rail is thin and bows with the weight of a typical double-width door, and the wireless keypad leaves a bit to be desired (read: it does not have a one key door closure!!!). The wifi capability doesn't work with our 5G wifi, 2G only! There's more but all in all we are happy with the product.

Straight forward instructions, and the unit is very quiet when in use (door opening/closing).

I have been using this opener for sbout a month or so, 6 weeks give or take. From the moment I installed it it was slow and seemed to struggle to lift my standard 1 car garage door. Finally the whole thing just shorted out, blew the circuit breaker and everything. Now I can’t get the opener to power up again, I’ve tried everything I can think of.

Easily installed and works great.

The only problem I have is its SHORT range using in-car remote (HomeLink). It only works when I park right in front of my garage door. However, I managed to fix it after replacing the main controller board. I called Skylink support line. The rep was nice and offered to mail me the new controller board (with external antenna). After installing the new controller board, I extended the antenna wire to the front of my garage door - it WORKS! I would ONLY recommend this product If you are willing to go through what I have done. There are a couple features that I really like: 1)very quiet; 2)WiFi enabled - I can check/close/open the door remotely.

Unfortunately we are still trying to make it work. Have spent hours on phone with their tech. They determined one of the safety sensors was defective, and sent a replacement. Still did not work, so now they have decided the Motörhead is defective and are sending out a replacement for that. So we’ll see.

Excellent opener - quiet and love the WiFi connectivity

Installed it by myself but would be easier with a helper. Easy to program and use. Super quiet and love that you cane operate with your phone and it lets you know when it operates and what position the door is in.

Chain or cable was not long enough to connect together so i had to return the product as I consider this to be defective.

While the garage door opener is very quiet & has a nice light in it, the remote isn't working well. 1) I have to be nearly backed up against the door to get it to work and 2) the button pushed on the remote to open it keeps sticking - ALREADY! And, I haven't had the door opener a month!!

I really liked the look There was an issue with the TUBE RAIL I contact skylink support and received great help Though was not able to resolve the issue. I returned the unite sorry to say. Thanks

The instruction manual was easy to follow, and didn't have any issue getting it assembled and installed. I had existing wires and sensors from the old opener that worked fine with this opener. I did ran into two minor issues, which led me to call their tech support. Their support answered with no wait-time, and help me fix the issues over the phone. I've tried the app to open/close the door, which was cool, but haven't tried it with my alexa. It's been nearly a month since I installed it, and so far so good. Oh, btw, the LED light on the opener is supper bright.

Took a while but once it was all assembled, it functions great. Quiet and efficient. Lots of extra features included. Overall a solid 9 out of 10. Would let a professional install the product next time….

Quiet, easy to put together, and excellent product.

I have been a month trying to get my garage door to open without the bumper of the car almost touching it. So far they have sent me three different parts to fix it. One part was defective and the others didn’t help it. I am 80 years old and shouldn’t have to rebuild there faulty product they should have sent me a new one to start with.

Spin three times, wiggle your nose twice and pray it works ‘this time’. Good luck with this thing, it may or may not open the door; hope you dont have your hands full, or its raining, or you simoly need to access your garage. Have a plan B at all times beciase this thing is completely unreliable. Support from the manufacturer? Enjoy that escapade. Youll be buying a different brand in under a year; and now you have paid twice as much.
