Very nice piece of equipment. Well built, easy enough to install. Easy to use. Looks good. Only suggestion is to make it available with a window in the door.

The microwave didn't work at all right out of the box. Sounded funny and took 2 minutes to melt cheese. Have to rebox and return the unit to the company so their tech dept can go over it, fix it and return it to me or send a new unit. It would be better customer service than just send a new one,

Bought this microwave for a 24” cabinet space. Like the title of this review says. The but is that it only lasted a year.

It took me awhile to get used to the size. I'm used to a much larger one. it is however very efficient.

I bought because it's the only one I could find with a kit that fits a 24Inch width cabinet. Super small. Not functional for family.

Nice stainless steel microwave for the money. On the small side but big enough for anything I need to cook.

This product last around a year if you are lucky, read the other reviews that back this up. It's sad to see people build custom cabinets to fit this and then watch it die around a year. My situation was exactly the same. Microwave quit heating 14 months in and I'm not a heavy user of the microwave. It was also loud from day one. Also, good luck getting these people on the phone when you need help. Wasted time and money on this unit. Stick with a name brand you know that will back you up when you need it. STAY AWAY from this company and their products! If this review saves one person the pain I'm dealing with then it was worth it. Thanks, Allen

Not enough power. When it starts the turn table seems "pop" quite loud.

I like the fact that even that it is a small oven it looks very good once mounted in the wall cabinet, also it is comercial and heat up the food in no time and evenly not like regular counter top ones!!

Microwave began sparking and arcing after 14 months. Contacted manufacturer and they didn't care since it was 2 months past the warranty. This is not a good long term purchase.

Hard to find a built-in that includes the trim. This had everything I was looking for. Easy to install.

Good appliance fit into opening as described giving a finished look to my basmet bar. I really do not use all the functions available so I can not comment on all the features but as a basic integrated microwave if fits my needs.

I searched a long time for a small built-in microwave and finally found this gem! As I only use my microwave for reheating, popcorn, and the timer, I didn't want a MW that had convection cooking, multiple power levels, and all the extras that most seem to have. This looks professional, reheats and makes popcorn just as well as my previous, large over the range MW. It fits a regular sized dinner plate. Controls are easy to use. Trim kit looks great. The only downside to this is the timer. It only shows the countdown for about 5 seconds, and goes back to the clock display. If you want to see how much time is left, it requires you to push the timer button again. Also, the timer beeper only rings once, so if you step out of the kitchen, you'll miss it! I almost returned it because of this. Considering that all the other MW I found had price tags ranging anywhere from $500-1500, I decided that at this price point, the timer issue is a minor inconvenience which can be easily resolved with a $5 hand held kitchen timer found pretty much anywhere.

We special ordered this product through Home Depot, so technically, the problems are not Home Depot's fault. We picked the microwave up from Home Depot and hired someone to install it, which is no easy thing because it has quite a few parts that require putting together. It's built-into our kitchen cabinets. We checked to see if it worked before he began putting it together and removing the old microwave. This took about 5 or more hours. After it was installed, it stopped working. All we use it for is heating beverages and soups, popcorn and maybe a baked potato. It simply wouldn't work. So then our installer had to remove it from the cabinets and take it all apart while my husband called the manufacturer to see what to do. They told us to pack it up and send it back and they would handle the shipping. It was finally picked up about a week later and it's been weeks and we haven't heard anything. I gave it two stars because it's made of stainless and is very attractive. The price is reasonable and the manufacturer seems to be making it good. If it had worked, I'd probably given it 5 stars.

I built a cabinet specifically for this microwave to fit into. Upon building the entire cabinet I installed the microwave and it did not work. I had to return it. I now have a cabinet that is built for a microwave that I don't own. Not good!!

Two (instead of 1) stars just because I really liked it in the beginning, since it was a good fit for my new kitchen. I needed a certain size and this one worked perfectly. Size is pretty small, but most things fit. I got it in June, it was installed end of July. Last week (beg. of January) is stopped heating thing, just suddenly stopped, which is a big disappointment, because it's been less than 6 months. We will have to deal with the warranty, etc. I hope it will be a smooth experience, however, it is a pain, since microwave is built in.

Had to return the first one because it made a really loud noise when it was running. The return was really easy and ordered a replacement the same day. Easy to install in my new kitchen and looks really good built in under the cabinet. The replacement works beautifully and really like it. It's smaller that my old one but I was limited on space. Seems to do everything I need it to do.

We designed our kitchen without looking into the cost of an undercabinet microwave. To my surprise the cost was outrageous. Sharp was the most cost effective that I could find but I saw a lot of negative feedback on quality and performance. This microwave does not have alot of fancy bells and whistles but it works great and most importantly my wife is happy and I saved $1000.00. Is a win-win for both of us!
