Not enough support from customer service
This tub did not come with the necessary parts to install it. We did not receive any kind of installation instructions in the box as this was brand new or supposed to be. This product was missing parts. We were missing a sanitary t for the secondary auto drainpump... After it was installed, we had to disconnect it and reinstall it again with parts that were not supplied. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

The whirlpool part is not as strong as I thought that it would be. The back jets are nice, but the lower jets are not as strong as they needed to be.

Tub leaks thru door vent after 3 months.
Installation wasn’t tricky it should only be done by a professional. Frame is in the way of plumbing. Instructions are not written well. Tech support said wasn’t supposed to be installed into an alcove to which I told them 3 of the 5 photos on the Home Depot site showed it installed into an alcove. Front panel is too small to work thru. Bath hardware given is too large and bulky to fit properly. I regret paying the money.

Should have samples at some stores. First time you see it is after you order it and receive it. Good product (4 1/2 stars), but not a lot of real strong support on opposite side (of door) against the wall. Flexing on back wall, recommend chalking with flexible chalk vs anything else (grout would be a mistake). Tub holds water well no leaks and has an appealing look. Tub is very hard to get in and out of it you normally have trouble getting up off of the ground or with your arms only (if you have weak arms this tub probably isn’t for you). A seated tub would be a better option then for you.

Jets do not function
Bought tub had it installed lights work however jets do not? Tried reaching out to the customer service number multiple times and can’t reach anyone. Who services these?

This unit came with instructions from an entirely different tub. There were missing parts--once I realized, and downloaded the right ones, they were inconsistent directions with conventional plumbing practice. Customer service at 800 number was fair to poor. The issue is, this item is so large, and requires so much effort to deliver & install, once you are in the thick of it, it will cost more (in both time and money) to replace with a better option. Would not recommend...AT ALL!

I use it all of the time and do enjoy...
I use it all of the time and do enjoy it but the instructions were not great because somethings were very unclear. I also have an issue with the fast drain leaking no matter what we have done.

This product has been a lemon since we installed it!...
This product has been a lemon since we installed it! The real frustrating thing is, is that Home Depot will not help with taking back the product. We are forced to deal with the manufacture and they are being near impossible to work with!! If we weren't a plumbing service company. THis would have really turned into a complete impossible nightmare! I will say that this will be the last tub we order from you!

Pathetic pump. The description said it was a whirlpool bath tub, but the force of the water comming from the "jets" was less than my kitchen sink.

Leaked When Tested
Made a mistake by not testing tub as soon as it arrived. Lost three weeks because I did not. All set to install and there was the leak where a flex hose entered a fitting!
Now waiting on replacement.
Must say though, the return process went smoothly. Picked up in twenty-four hours.

The produce seems fine although it is for my mother in law and I have not used it. Very irritating that the product has exposed open ends and the manufacturer does not sell end caps. This is the second time I have ordered a large pricey product through HD.com and both have been a nightmare of incompetent communication, delay, and complete indifference to customer service. Not the manufacturer, not the local store which saved the day both times, but HD.com
