We purchased and installed this pop-up drain in 2022. Only two years later after normal use of our bathroom sink, the assembly split completely in half (from what, we have no idea - the normal day to day moisture of water running through the drain? Maybe it came defective with a hairline crack that was undetectable when we installed it?) causing a flood in our bathroom. We've had good luck with Kraus products so we're going to try a Kraus pop-up drain as a replacement.

Looks great but terribly designed. The rubber seals are designed to seal against the threads which just pours water through because the water travels behind the seal along the threads. I had to use a ton of silicone to make it seal. As other people have mentioned, water sits on top and corrodes the pop up drain. Ours looks like this after 1 month.

Needs a redesign. Doing a complete remodel and used the matt black. At the interface of the drain and sink The drain sticks up slightly and doesn't drain leaving a deposit around the drain after repeated uses and drying. See photo. The top is so flat that the water doesn't drain off and when it dries it leaves water deposits after repeated uses. This is on 5 sinks less than 4 month old. It's easily solved if you wipe the sink down after each use ... not convenient or what I had in mind as a 'improvement' with the remodel. Will need to replace. Unfortunately they are past the return date.

Time will tell about the durability and quality of this fixture. At first glance, it looks solid and highly functional.

We bought this for our spare bathroom sink. We just had it installed this week. It exceeds our expectations.

For the first time I decided to get a pop up drain that functions by pushing it in the bottom of the sink. The other style has always given problems so I wanted to try a different style. The installation process was much simpler. It has been installed for a month and has worked just fine. The pop up space is large so the water goes down the drain very very well. It is noisy but the water goes down very well so I don’t mind that it is noisy more than any other drain that I had before. My new sinks are deeper, my cabinets are taller, therefore the drain pipes are longer—so that may explain it being noisier. The chrome finish is nice and there was a plastic cap over it to protect during shipping and install. The entire drain is sturdy metal and not plastic.

Very pretty and compliments my Vigo faucet and new sink. It's diameter is larger than envisioned but looks good. The installation needs to be precise - the top screws on and the logo was sideways the first time. I love how easy it is to use, I'll never go back to traditional drain plugs again.

We used this item to finish off the remodel project of our bathroom vanity. Thus equipped, it has gained quite a number of favorable comments from our visitors! The assembly was a straightforward plumbing job. No issues there. The rubbed bronze finish is quite attractive. This matches the innovative tap and the rubbed bronze ring on which the bowl rests (not visible in picture). Pressing the drain pops it down and locks it in position when you want to keep the water in the bowl. Pressing it again will release it, so the water drains. it works as advertized, so we are happy with our purchase. it perfectly complements our remodeled bathroom! We easily ordered this item online and picked up at the friendly customer service of our local Home Depot.

Used this on a sink for a handicapped person and he loves how accessible it is compared to pulling on a handle behind a faucet. Something he can not do.

Scratched quickly. Don’t like the name printed right on the drain

Easy to install and great quality. I like how the top chrome was protected with a film to ensure there are no scratches. Bought online and picked up in the store was really easy too.

Looks great in our bowl sinks. It was installed today & the fit was good .

It matches the gold faucet I got, but it worked once and then didn’t. Exchanged through Home Depot, but had to pay extra for plumber to take out old one and put in new.

The satin nickel shows water spots and it didn’t even last a year before it stopped functioning. The drain got stuck in the closed position, luckily I could unscrew the top to drain the water.

It looks fantastic. Once installed it works fantastic. It does not require plumbers putty, just the silcon seals that are supplied. It would get 5 stars if it came with slightly larger seals. Our sink drain has a steep lip and the seal barely made it, but it is sealed. We did have a drain issue when the pop-up was down, a small amount of water made it down the drain. Called VIGO, they understood and sent me a new center popup valve in 2 days. Works like a champ with that valve.

Wrong size, did not provide size options and did not like company logo on drain cap.

Worked perfectly, easy installation. Seals suck so add plumbers putty.
