I bought this range last fall and it seemed fine. But now it's staring to bake unevenly. The cookies/cakes toward the back of the oven get dark brown while the ones toward the front aren't baked. Any ideas on how to fix this????

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the whirlpool stove. Aesthetically it looks great, and it is very easy to cook with. My one complaint is that the top of the stove is wearing from black to gray after only one year of ownership. I reached out to customer service at whirlpool concerning this being a quality control issue and they were not helpful. That is the only downside that the stove will not maintain its aesthetic overtime.

The multiple burner options on the cooktop allow me to use all burners. The auto and frozen cook settings on the oven are great. The rapid preheat is a plus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought a new home and I love my whirlpool oven and electric stove top. There are so many features but the best part is how much can be in the oven.

Had this stove for about 4 years now. Functions quite well, but the looks are deteriorating quickly! As other reviewers have stated, the control panel faceplate is a combination of paint (black, in our case) surrounded by a border of faux brushed stainless. It is all chipped and scraped and looks cheap! We take good care of our appliances, but just the daily wipe down is removing the fake finish. Annoying!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range 2 years ago and just noticed this e-mail. I love the look of this slide-in range. The smooth cook top cleans up fairly well. The one thing that I do not like at all is the self cleaning oven. It does not clean very well at all. I have several spots that I cannot remove. The water you pour in the bottom to create steam is a joke when it comes to wiping off crud in your oven. I would give the self cleaning oven a F

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are in the process of renovating our kitchen in our new house. For years, I have wanted range controls to be on the front instead of the back of the range. All the controls are on the front and I don't have to reach over hot elements to turn them off (or on). In addition, cleaning for the controls is a breeze!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the big glass front that allows you to see how the cooking is progressing. We have not tried all the features yet, like the melting portion of the stove, but will be utilized soon. The glass top gets dirty easier than the last one we had but is easily wiped off with a glass cleaner. Controls are easy to use. Not enough space at the bottom for pans, but it is a tradeoff for the large glass front and oven.

Not only was my experience with Home Depot the worst experience I have ever had purchasing appliances (and I've purchased many in my lifetime), but this oven was a terrible choice. Buyer Beware and DO NOT BUY! I wish I saw a review similar to this before making my decision. The top of the range is peeling off and appears to be much older than it is. The basic features work well, but all those special features do not work half the time. Absolutely horrible!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had it 2 weeks and so far everything seems to be working well. The glass top, being black, is hard to keep clean, as it shows every speck. Other than that, no problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the functions offered for this range: a warming burner, three oven racks, and a large capacity oven with convection. While reading the manual I had my doubts about how to clean it, but it does the job perfectly every time. One thing I am disappointed with is that the trim around the controls is plastic, and the 'stainless steel' finish is wearing off. I do not use harsh cleaners or tools, so I am surprised this is happening.

It was unexpected and so bad my cats went on alert and keep meowing. Over all I’m happy with the range The less than max rating is due to the oven odor.

Within 2 weeks the double burner was not working. Had to have repair come out.
