[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hard to keep clean. Probably all glass tops present this challenge. Whenever something spatters it’s a chore and a half. I bought a metal scraper which is tedious but helps get the job done. Features are all great, cooks well, heats up fast, lots of options on the burner. Eventually, I’ll give up on the cleanliness aspect but for now, I’m trying to keep it looking new

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is a nice appliance, I do have a problem with what they have used on the face plate where the knobs and digital panel is, there is an oily substance on it and it won't come off just smears when you wipe it and makes it look dirty, also the light to show where the burner is still warm doesn't light up on the correct side.

I bought this Whirlpool electric range with "Aqua Lift self cleaning" in Nov 2019. Didn't use the oven till after having in for several months. Probably used it lightly for 25 min at a time, about 10 times before I decided to run the cleaning cycle. THE OVEN COOKS AS EXPECTED. What a ridiculous "CLEANING" system. It DOES NOT SELF CLEAN!!! After running the cycle 4 times I called the Whirlpool manufacturer. I was told nothing could be done except send out a cleaning kit or a discount code good for 30 days to PURCHASE ANOTHER RANGE from their website. I received the cleaning kit & used it per their instructions. So, their "self cleaning" feature is actually ME cleaning/scrubbing the oven. I used the kit, ran the cycle 3 more times. Finally got it mostly clean after Scrubbing it ON MY HANDS & KNEES for an hour. It is false advertising & I want my money back. DON'T BUY THIS OVEN IF YOU WANT SELF CLEANING!!!!!!!!!! I AM SOOO DISAPPOINTED. HAD GE PRODUCTS FOR 20 YRS. NO SELF CLEANING ISSUES EVER.

The first time I used it, it started to smoke and the oven fan was obnoxiously loud. Now, I have to get a technician in to look at it and its brand new.

I HAVE HAD THIS ABOUT 14 MONTHS, NO PROBLEMS , LOVE IT BUT CAN'T GET THE OVEN LIGHT TO GO OFF, ANY IDEAS

after just 1 1/2 years the stove top just quit working, the oven will not go past 325

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our range. It’s both a conventional and convection oven which is so nice. It is slide in so we have black splash all along the wall behind it. Our only critiques- the drawer below the oven is not made very well. It doesn’t glide smoothly and you have to lift to get the drawer to rest flush with the rest of it. Also- because it’s the gold series the top stainless steel has a warmer hue to it which means it doesn’t match well with our other Whirlpool appliances- something I would have liked to know before purchasing it.

I am a widower and I want the best performing and least maintained appliances. Out of all of them this is my least favorite. The functionality is great but keeping it clean is a nightmare and it has cosmetic issues. Anything you touch out than the stainless steel leaves finger prints. The front control panel is nothing but a catch basin for spills and splattering grease. To clean it out is not easy and the inner edge is difficult to wipe out. the glass cook top takes a lot of work to clean up it smears very easily. I have some of the paint worn away from cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was “forced” to replace my twenty year old KitchenAid range because a part was no longer available. I’m still getting use to the Whirlpool range in spite of almost daily use. It’s not of the same quality as KitchenAid ie the oven door is very lightweight. Secondly, the insulation between the oven and the drawer is poor. As usual, I stored my kitchen towels in the range drawer. What a mistake. They got so hot, I thought they could catch on fire. I now only store metal items in the drawer which can become very hot to touch when the oven is on. the shiny black range top is very pretty but shows every speck of food or grease smear. It’s just like owning a black car. It’s hard to achieve the shiny look. A speckled charcoal black surface is more forgiving. My cats turned the KitchenAid oven on twice by walking across the digital pad, consequently I had to use the child lock function. The Lock function on the Whirlpool is slow to respond and it blocks the Energy Saving function. Those two bugs need to be worked out. Call me old school, since when does a range not come with a broiler pan? And then you tell the customer she can purchase one.

I have had this stove for about a year now and am now having the same issue with the fake stainless steel peeling off around the controls others have warned. This is my first experience with whirlpool I have had and am very disappointed, do not buy this product!

Different size burners built together for pots small to large with no wasted energy. Fast heating. Self-cleaning oven. Large oven will handle the largest turkey..

This was the first time we ever had any problem with an appliance. When we called the receptionist was very courteous and she made an appointment with VIA. They came inspected the cooking range in a v professional manner. And diagnosis was left element problem. Sal was extremely courteous and professional and took care of it. He came back and cook top was replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased and like the look and design. Temp is accurate and it is nice and big inside. We went with a slide in style and wish that the slide in style design was available with a finished side, but we are attaching a cabinet panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into a new home 2 months ago . The paint on the top is pealing and things in the bottom drawer gets very hot when the oven is on. It would be a safety issue if you had small kids.

Having the controls on the front edge not only looks great but are easier to use. The range install looks more sleek and custom. The 5 burners gives us plenty of cooking space and options
