Jonathan R was great!
Purchased a kitchen countertop with installation. Jonathan was a great help with knowledge and experience with the products. He went out of his way for us and even took time after hours to answer some dishwasher questions after his shift was over! Four stars is because HD does not have enough people on staff to help out, so we had to wait some time to get help. It was in no way Jonathan's fault - he was working with another customer!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
After waiting 50 minutes for what should have been a 10 min trip, I asked for my money back and walked out. Rude staff and after being paged no less than 8 times no one ever showed up, even as I was leaving. Lady ahead of m was also waiting and said the same thing, going to Lowe’s next time!!!

Employees go above and beyond
I was having an issue locating a particular tool that was on sale. After searching for several minutes by myself, I asked for help. An associate named Steven who was working the section came to assist me and another employee. Steven and I were unable to locate the tool. At this point, I would have accepted that we could not find it, but Steven was determined to find it as it said there were numerous in stock. He left to search other sections. After a few minutes, he located them high up on a shelf in another area. He had another employee assist with he ladder to retrieve. Steven made sure that the price that rang up on the register was the advertised price. In times of being under-staffed and overwhelmed, it was nice to see someone so patient and motivated to help me out. Thank you for all your help Steven and thank you 4124 for training such awesome employees!

Neat and Orderly Lumberyard
Almost every stack of lumber was neat and in a stable, orderly bundle, almost as if no one had gone through them to sort for straight boards. This is usually not the case with most yards. I purchased multiple sizes of lumber today and each stack was in this condition. Kudos Depot!
