Is there a sale on storage bins and shelves?
The Home Depot Garage Storage Sale is here, so start shopping now. From storage bins to tool chests, we've got deals on everything you need for a clean and neatly arranged garage. Shop the sales online or in-store from June 22nd through August 18th, 2026, and make this the year you sort out the basement and the garage.
What do I need for my dorm?
We've got your dorm essentials. Get storage containers or moving boxes to transport your belongings, and be ready for residual dirt with cleaning supplies and disinfecting wipes. Bring a tub of spackle to fill old nail holes and Command adhesive hooks to hang string lights. Make the room your own with wall decals and area rugs. Power strips and extension cords let you place lamps, mini fridges, and microwaves where you need them. If you didn't get a new school backpack yet, we've got those, too. Be prepared to head back to college with useful products from your local Home Depot.
How can I prepare my home for summer temperatures?
Make certain your home is set for summertime heat by repairing or replacing faulty components of your home. Check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. On your home's exterior, examine shingles or metal roofing for damage or rust that could let water seep in. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent excess water from seeping beneath your shingles when storms arrive. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're badly weathered.
Do you carry wardrobe moving boxes?
Pick up a mix of moving boxes to make storage and moving easier. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Look into our moving truck rentals, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.
Do I need a generator?
Restore power in your home even after severe storms and wind take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making less noise when they create less power. When browsing generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows.
What are the benefits of doorbell cameras?
Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a window when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Several cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.
When is the next free Kids Workshop?
Drop by our Kids Workshop from 9–12 noon on 8/1/26. Give your children a taste of the joy of building with this cute pint-sized rocket game. Building this wooden spaceship toy is a great way to encourage fine motor skills, listening abilities, and creativity. Team up with your kids to make this fun craft while supplies last. The best part is launching the rocket, so leave some time to send your rocketship into space!
