Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Is there a sale on storage bins and shelves?

It's time to save during our Garage Storage Sale. Get great deals on storage bins to group your belongings, then arrange them on new garage shelving systems. Sort your tools in tool chests and stow away tools and treasures with sturdy garage cabinets. Save up to 20% off select storage solutions and up to 15% off select garage tool storage solutions. These bargains run in-store and online from June 22–August 18 only, so be sure to shop before they're gone.

How can I prepare my home for summer temperatures?

Be confident your home is equipped for relentless summer weather by replacing or repairing faulty parts of your hardscaping and home. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. If moisture gets inside the crevices, you could be dealing with damage. On the exterior of your home, inspect shingles or metal roofing for rust or damage that can let water come in. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent overflow from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're in poor condition.

Do you carry moving boxes?

Make moving or storage easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you've been looking for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Don't forget to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those as well.

Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with hurricanes, tornados, blizzards, severe thunderstorms, or strong winds, a portable generator lets you enjoy power after the elements take it out. When exploring different generators for sale, don't forget that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.

Does The Home Depot sell doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, peace of mind, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a window or peephole when you can view animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Several cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.

Which project is featured at the free Kids Workshop?

Don't miss our Kids Workshop from 9–noon on August 1, 2026. Introduce your children to the joys of building with this cute pint-sized rocket game. Building this small wooden spaceship is a great way to sharpen listening abilities, fine motor skills, and creativity. Team up with your kids to make this fun craft while supplies last. Remember to leave some time to play with others!

Due to lack of knowledge on my part and lack of expertise on Home Depot I wasted time and money trying to unclog my basement drain. I was also overcharged by Home Depot. Worst experience ever.

My go to store for home improvement!
I’ve been a Home Depot customer since 1999 that says a lot! They have a wide variety of options to choose from weather your shopping in store or online. I’ve purchased doors, flooring, cabinets, sinks, carpets, paint, lighting, stove, outdoor items and many more over the years. Too many things to list.

                Great customer service
How easy it is to get lost in a Home Depot and not find much needed help. Not in this store. Friendly well educated staff. It was clean and well stocked. I found everything and was helped from the moment I walked into the store. Thank you

                    Customer service is horrible.
People on the floor need to be trained and have knowledge.
