Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

What Father's Day Deals does The Home Depot have in 2026?

Let your dad know you care by finding him Father's Day gifts that fit his interests. Explore the savings at our Father's Day Sale, and get great deals on everything from patio furniture and tool storage to generators and riding lawn mowers. We've also got up to 40% off Milwaukee tools. These bargains run in-store and online from June 4–24 only, so shop fast.

What home repairs should I make before summer storms hit?

Be confident your home is equipped for summer temps by repairing faulty components of your home. Check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. If water gets in the cracks, you might be looking at trouble. On your home's exterior, inspect shingles or metal roofing for rust or damage that may let water leak inside. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent overflow from entering your home. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're in poor condition.

Do you have moving boxes?

Pick up an assortment of moving boxes to make moving and storage easier. We've got the sizes you've been searching for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Look into our moving truck rentals, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?

Enjoy power in your home even after severe storms take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise in times of lesser demand. When shopping for generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows.

Do you carry wireless or wired doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, peace of mind, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a nearby window when you can view human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as it suits you.

What's this month's project for the free Kids Workshop?

Stop by for the Kids Workshop on the 4th of July, from 9–12 noon or while supplies last. It's time to assemble a wooden go-kart! Your little builder can put together their very own go-kart craft — like the race circuit version but kid-sized. The best part is vrooming around your go-kart, so leave some time to explore your own track!
