Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

How long is The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale?

The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is better than ever. Save big on home decor and bath goods, including bathroom vanities. Update your ceiling fan to match your new decor and keep air moving in your home as temps rise. Proper storage and organization gives you spring cleaning freshness all year. Now is the time to start DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so remember to shop before it ends.

Is it important to replace broken chimney caps?

Be confident your home is ready for spring temperature swings by replacing faulty parts of your hardscaping. If water freezes inside the cracks, you could be dealing with damage. Check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. On the exterior of your home, examine shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that may let water in. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent ice dams if your location is still prone to snow and ice storms. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be swapped out if they're badly weathered.

What varieties of moving boxes do you offer?

Make moving or storage easier by picking up a variety of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you've been looking for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Remember to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those, too.

Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?

Restore electricity in your home even after severe storms and wind take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making more noise when they create more power. When shopping for generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.

Does The Home Depot sell doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, peace of mind, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole when you can see animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.
