Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Does The Home Depot have a Spring Black Friday sale?

Get some of the best savings of the season with our Spring Black Friday Sale. Fresh patio furniture makes it easy to kick back in the spring air, and new tools help take care of that to-do list. It's also a great time for lawn and garden work outdoors, as well as setting up new appliances and cleaning indoors, all with new storage to stay organized. Don't forget to upgrade your outdoor power equipment and grill as well. Get it all done when you save during our spring sale, which runs only from April 9th through April 22nd. Don't miss out on these deals.

Is it important to replace broken chimney caps?

Be certain your home is equipped for springtime temperature changes by repairing or replacing faulty components of your hardscaping and home. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. On the outside of your home, inspect roof shingles or metal roofing for rust or damage that might let water in. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent overflow from entering your home. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're in poor condition.

Do you have specialty moving boxes?

Pick up a mix of moving boxes to make storage and moving easier. We've got the sizes you want, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with hurricanes, tornados, blizzards, severe thunderstorms, or strong winds, a portable generator lets you enjoy power after the elements take it out. When exploring different generators for sale, don't forget that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

Do you carry wireless or wired doorbell cameras?

Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a window or peephole when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Several cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as it suits you.
