I've never had a problem finding help at this store. From the greeter at the door who does indeed know where things are located to the associates in the aisles, this store has plenty of friendly, helpful people.

We are putting in new flooring in our home and Brooke at the Pro Desk was extremely helpful in helping us to find all of the flooring we needed in a timely matter and even took the time to call us to follow-up with our special order. When we scheduled our tradesmen to start our installation she was willing to take the time to find the rest of the product we needed and get it pulled for us so that we could go pick it up. She offered to have it transferred to their store but to save a few days we decided to pick it up. She seemed like she genuinely cared about our needs when our order was delayed and she found a solution for us. She is an asset to this department.

Rick, the cashier in the garden department, was very cheerful and helpful!

Always enjoy my Home Depot experience. Especially with the check out staff in the outdoor garden area.

Parking is extensive, store is well lit and the items are easy to locate. Sales associates are available to direct to the exact spot and answer questions.

Staff listens to your concern and provides best, expedient solution.

Store associates are wonderful in helping you with a project. I tell them what I am trying to accomplish and they make sure you have all the pieces to complete your project, things I would have not have known i needed until well into the progress. That saves me making another run back to store. I have remodeled my house just that way. Going to Home Depot, talking thru the project, going home and being able to complete it. One project at a time, they have been a huge help to me. I could not have done so much work on my house with out their help. Would not shop anywhere else. Thank you Home Depot.

I wanted a colored wood filler. I went to the paint section isle where paint prep item are. I looked and saw a product. I also noticed more choices on the next shelf.

The store associate's name was Rick. He helped me find the best concrete blocks, helped me load into the car and even made suggestions for plants that his family had found to be great for a steep slope. He saw my bandages that I use to support my wrists when I work with the concrete blocks, so he suggested I buy wrist braces at a local store. I am older, so I really appreciated his concern. Thank you!

paint department employee very helpful and check out was real easy on a holiday....the store was full of customers as the sale/rebates were ending, but the employees really did a great job.

I ALWAYS RECEIVE GREAT ADVICE ON PAINT PRODUCTS AND TECHNIQUES FOR PAINTING TECHNIQUES AT THIS STORE. THE STAFF IS FANTASTIC

The stage... dealing with the .com site and a different store to begin the day. I ordered on-line for a pick of at a different HD to start with. Over an hour later, I learned not to trust the HD online inventory availability by store. It isn't up to date, not even close for the items I was shopping, so that online order had to be cancelled. To move forward, I called the Anaheim Hills store: I received a quick answer from the floor on Kitchen and Bath items. Stock verification in the computer did not indicate sufficient quantities. However, the HD associated did a floor visual check, and found the 5 sinks, and 5 faucets I needed. She said she'd have them pulled and ready for me at the CS desk. When I arrived 30 mins later, everything was ready on a cart, with a "Special Services" order with my name and address. I didn't expect this... she just looked my account up based on our casual conversation, or phone number. The CS Associated kept it up by helping me inspect every sink to ensure no cracks or scratches, then taped the boxes back up. Check out at the CS desk was fast and easy. Verification at the door of my receipt was fast and easy, including an offer to help load my vehicle. An excellent and successful experience!!

David Fink and the rest of the associates at the Anaheim Hills Home Depot were fantastic. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me order everything that was needed to redo my countertops. They price matched everything and honored a coupon from Lowes. Installation is next month and if the installers are as wonderful as the associates I should be very pleased.

I've shopped at this Home Depot numerous times. I've bought paint, my garage doors, many plants, outdoor cushions, etc. If I need parts to fix something around my house, this where I go. Someone is always available to help me and everyone is so friendly.

The selection of the concrete blocks for my retaining wall was best at the Anaheim (Pullman) store. Less chipped or damaged blocks. Thank you!!!

I love this store, but today, I could not find what I was looking for. The store had just the locking mailbox I wanted...except in BLACK ONLY. Not white that we use in our neighborhood. The only white one you had was 2x the price, i.e. $39.95...white "Gibraltar at $74.95....little disappointing

We always shop at Home Depot with all our appliances and supplies. Great prices and selection. The personnel are very knowledgable and you can tell the items are of quality. Not to mention you are so close to us. We plan on ordering new appliances next year with you folks. Please keep up the excellent work and service you do to the community. THE STORE WAS CLEAN, THE ITEM WHICH I NEEDED WAS EASY TO FIND, CASHIER WAS FRIENDLY, IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE TO SHOP AT THE HOME DEPOT AS USUAL.

After a month of front door shopping at multiple stores, Shirley Ruddan, Millwork Specialist, was able to help us find the exact door we wanted. She was friendly, patient and extremely accommodating. She was extremely knowledgeable with the products as well as utilizing the computer system to give us an exact picture of what the final product would look like. She worked with our contractor and made herself available to our questions and time frames. Being that shopping and decision making and redecorating are among the most painful things for me to do in life, Shirley, with her ready smile and gentle demeanor has made this a very pleasurable experience.

Everyone was extremely helpful. The store was clean and aisles were cleared.
