Our experience was great because Gabby was so helpful, professional and kind. We actually missed an entire aisle of mini refrigerators and Gabby took us their and helped my wife to actually see the refrigerator "out of the box" so she could decide if would be the one and it was not. We looked and another that for a few more dollars really made sense short term and long term. We came looking for a RCA Thompson frig and found something better in stock and more cubic We are very happy...with Gabby!

Nova was helpful

I love this store! The employees are so knowledgeable, helpful and eager to be of service.

One of the guys in the back near the granite tiles was really helpful. As well as Nova; he helped putting the tiles in the car.

Great location. Close to everything and they have a fully stocked warehouse and tons of helpful people. You need this place.

Burbankis already the center of the universe. Why not have an amazing hardware store that has everything you need!

Home Depot Store Associates are friendly and helpful, store is clean and well organized

The store was clean and very organized, the staff there were very friendly and helped me find anything i needed, would highly recommend this store next time you need building equipment :).

Years of working, never had it occurred for me to fill out a review until I had worked with such a remarkable, knowledgeable, and helpful worker as the cashier Elda at the 1200 Flower St. Burbank CA. I will direct all of my other associates to her for help and guidance. I truly feel as a valued customer when it comes to working with her. You can find a Home Depot anywhere, but the workers within are what makes this one so special.

Excellent employees

Was fine in store. Our salesperson forgot to tell us we needed a stackable kit for the washer dryer we bought. Delivery people came by and just left because we didn't have the necessary equipment. Tried calling Home Depot and talking to ANYONE who would listen. Instead got 45 minutes of phone hold and promises of a call back once they were available. No phone call came. I had to call again, be on hold forever, get transferred from one dept to another when I did finally get a human being, only to be put on hold AGAIN. I swear it took at least an hour for me to get to talk to a human, and not even from the appliances side but from the kitchen. I think his name was Matt and he was super helpful. Promised to talk to Kay, our original salesperson who presumably forgot to include the kit in our order, and have her call my wife back. We'll see if we get any phone call back as promised. I don't have high expectations.

Would have been nice if they had one of the registers open. Only thing available were the self serve payment kiosks. There were customers who had trouble using them. Waited in line longer than usual. I think if you give customers an option to where they can go to an actual register, they might feel more comfortable with a register and cashier, than forcing them to use a kiosk. This way you give the customer an option, and the lines can move a little quicker.

Vick in customer service was very helpful & personable. This store was also well stocked. I would recommend this Home Depot over the one in Glendale.

Give the staff new software for the pro desk computers.. there a bit slow to load up information.

Great service By Edwin B and in general at the Home depot in Burbank!

This is one of the best Home Depots I've been to, the employees know where things are and they are very kind and helpful especially Edwin at the customer service station.

The Burbank Home Depot has the best, friendliest most knowledgeable employees of any store. The store is always clean and well stocked. You can actually find employees to help you and they know what they are talking about.

We are working on a home project and needed to purchase specific items. An employee named Jesus in the roofing department who was already finished with his work and on the way out of the door took the time to point out where each item was located and gave his opinion on those which had more than one option. Could not have done it on our own. Hats off to him and please let him know.

I was recently in the Home Depot in Burbank California. I was looking for a good bug spray for mosquito’s and could not find what I needed. Just then a Home Depot Associate was walking by. I ask him if there was a product he would suggest. He had me follow him to the aisle and I was able to purchase what I needed. The store is organized and the employees are friendly and helpful. I love Home Depot!

This store is always clean and very organized. The staff work as a team and get the job done. Even when it gets hectic at times, the staff handle things professionally and work very hard to help everyone.

I usually go to the location on Sunset but I have reasons to drive to Burbank quiet often. The store in Burbank is great, less crowded than the one on Sunset, the employees are helpful and polite. I will come back to this location for sure every time my job drives me to Burbank.

The guys in this store are PERFECT. Perfect, friendly service every time. In fact, we go far out of our way to shop at this particular Home Depot. The woman at the Customer Service desk even helped me surprise my husband with his Christmas gift when it turned out to be too big to fit in my car. I had to bring him back with his big SUV to pick it up and she made him close his eyes so he'd be surprised when she wheeled it out! He was thrilled and she made it very special. Who does that in a big box Home Improvement store?! Awesome customer service every time. The staff is always very helpful to me, give me great advice and never make me feel like I'm stupid when I need help.
